I can't stand the way they treat older people that aren't as experienced with technology. Their personalities are just terrible, except for the younger pharmacist with the dark floppy hair, he's great. They don't take as long as the nicer to deal with pharmacy employees down the street in Barberton. If you have time to wait and like nice people, go to Barberton. If you're in a hurry and can deal with bad attitudes, Norton is your place.

My husband was very nauseous from cancer and insurance denied his prescription. The pharmacist at CVS in Norton went over and beyond to him get something to control it till the problem could be rectified . We will never forget his caring compassion. Thank you!!

Women at drive thru window is so rude. I come through all the time and no one ever says anything if there is a lit cigarette in my cup holder ashtray. Not smoking not even holding it. But women today decided to make a huge scene and tell me that I have to put it out before she will serve me. Way to make your customers feel like they are important and that they matter! I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Because no one should feel shamed for doing NOTHING wrong. I wasn't breaking the no smoking rule.

I had to change my pharmacy because of new insurance. I did like my old pharmacy better but in these times things have be really hard. Right now I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. So far ok. Corporate needs to help with raises and better hiring practices. Right now no one wants to work any where!!

This place is a joke and the pharmacist is super rude and threaten me. Literally the worst pharmacy in the world. Do not go to CVS. Period you will regret it I promise you!!!!!
