The veterinarian staff have all been thorough, involved, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff (techs, front desk, etc) have been top notch as well. The clinic has looked clean and organized every time we've visited for the past year and a half. Not outrageously priced for the excellent work we've experienced. Nothing but positive experiences, especially when you have a chronically ill pet that needs all kinds of continual care. Refreshingly compassionate staff.

Creekside has been absolutely amazing for my family. We have cats and a dog, I love how the staff interacts with my pets. They love on them, cuddle them and truly listen to what my concerns. We have seen all of the vets at Creekside and I’m very impressed with each of them. We had to have surgery performed on my dog and Dr. Cummings was the vet who did our visits prior to surgery (we were trying to avoid having surgery) then preOP visits, the actual surgery and his postOP visits. To say I was emotional about my fur baby having surgery was an understatement. But Dr. Cummings and the staff were so understanding and comforting. It truly made a stressful situation and time so much better. Thank you so much!

Very nice staff! We saw Dr. Kristen for a new kitten well visit, and she was very nice as were the vet techs. Prices were reasonable. Takes awhile to get an appt.

I used to love Creekside. The vets and techs are great. They are treating animals safely throughout this pandemic but today I was made aware of a frustrating policy.

Absolutely WONDERFUL animal clinic. The staff are all so incredibly sweet and sensitive to the fact that you're stressed because your baby isn't feeling well. They were so sweet to my dog as well. Right now with Covid, only the animal can go inside and the owner has to wait in the car, and I was so nervous about that, but their kindness calmed me down immediately. Cannot recommend them enough! AND they're not expensive at all, which is just an added bonus!

It’s really all about what your family pet thinks. If they could talk ,mine wiggles her tail an whines from the time we pull into the parking lot, you know they take love your pet. The staff there is efficient and has great hours!

I was sad they had to take my pupper in due to the Covid, but felt so much better when Dr.Perry called me and talked to me for over 25 minutes concerning Maya's treatment. I now actually feel like she has a vet who knows what is going on and listens to my concerns! I am so happy!!!

my regular vet is still closed due to covid and I had to put my sweet kitty down after 17 years together. I just wanted to thank everyone there. you guys treated Mystique with such care and helped me more than you know. I highly recommend they are loving and attentive to each individual and their fur friends.

Sadly I was in her practice since before Michelle Messner even bought it from Dr Toth. I love her staff but recently had one of our dogs referred to Metro by her practice. Lethargic, dehydrated and fever. We put her into the Internal Medicine group at Metro. After $4950 we still don't have a definite answer. I contacted Creekside just as an FYI. When my MD refers me out she always wants feedback from me because she cares and wants to know my opinion. I spoke with the Creekside staff a few times during all of this knowing Lily was in a different practice because I know them well and wanted their opinion about a few things. Michelle called me and lectured me, kept interrupting me and was disrespectful. All I wanted was to FYI her. She talked down to me and now I have no confidence that we could have a good ongoing relationship with the way she spoke to me. There was no discussion it was all her. She never once asked about how Lily was doing. I'm the foster for Akron and Medina Battered Women's Shelter and have been in rescue for over 30 years and I've spend thousands with Creekside over that period of time along at Metro too. Again her staff is great but she's not nice. I've left her practice because she wouldn't listen. Kept asking what I wanted her to do about my issues. Then she said she was part owner of Metro. You can't fix what you don't know. She was immediately on the defensive with me instead of taking what I tried to tell her and do what she thought should be done if she thought it was appropriate. That was all but she wasn't going to hear it. Can not recommend her.

Compassionate and professional staff! The vets communicate clearly and actually listen to you. Everyone treats you like a respected friend. Highly recommend this facility and staff!
