Thought they closed at 5pm, but really was at 4. She stayed late to make sure everything was good. 100% great customer service.”

“Wonderful Group of staff! They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They made setting up my account and app so smooth and easy it was wonderful! I really want to give the bank 5 stars the only reason I can’t is because of the ATM, there’s no option to make deposits! With the banks limited hours, unless you work or live close enough that you can run over during your lunch break like I have to do since I work Day shift this is a big inconvenience and I hope this option becomes available on their ATM in the future! It would then be the perfect bank! Overall I love it here! :)”

The level of caring and personal attention given by all the employees is second to none. They have always gone above and beyond for me. They provided competitive rates on our commercial construction loan, they helped walk us through the PPP process, and made sure we were not financial victims during a USPS stolen check incident last year. “If you live in the Akron are, you need to have an account with Peoples Bank. I was from out of town and needed assistance with a transaction & the team at Peoples was absolutely spectacular. This branch has a hometown feeling and I was treated like a local long-time customer. The Branch Manager, Ann went completed out of her way to ensure all my need were met. It is rare theses days, but she exceeded all of my expectation. If you have ever felt like your Bank treats you like a just name & number, go see Ann at Peoples.”

“I've come here a couple of times now while I currently work in Akron temporarily. I've gotten cashiers checks from here and also used the ATM. Reviewing a bank can be tough because you are dealing with someone's money. Most people either have a really great experience or a horrible experience. For me, my experience has thankfully always being positive. This is a full service Chase Bank in downtown Akron which I love because from where I live in Cleveland, the nearest one is a 12-15 min drive away which isn't bad at all. Still, it is nice to have a bank close to where I work. There is an ATM machine here too so if the bank is closed and you happened to be at work after hours, then you can still withdraw cash or deposit money. The ATM is in the main lobby of the Akron Centre and also next to the entrance door of Chase. SERVICE - Everyone I've encountered inside this Chase branch has been super nice and friendly. LOCATION -- This Chase is located inside the Akron Centre. This location is more convenient for those who work in the area or those who work in the building. If you are just passing through then this may be a difficult location to visit just because you will have to park downtown and we all know how annoying downtown parking can be. There are parking garages downtown with the closes one being at the First Energy building or the Cascade parking garage.
