Our dog was shampood and had her nails clipped and they were really good with her. It was her first spa day and I call it a success!

I absolutely wish I would have listened to the bad reviews here. When I dropped off 2 of my cats in the morning the lady that was working the counter asked me what I was in for today and I said a bath and a shave she stated that cats are really hard to bathe and they probably will just be shaving them and calling them out I said OK. When I went to pick them up the guy that is the groomer he said everything went well and they are all ready to go and I noticed they were not shaved I asked what happened and he said oh maybe it's a miscommunication and I replied that there's cameras all over that place and he could see what the lady and I discussed that morning. He was getting mad and told me I still owed him $75 that I will not be getting my cat back until I pay him. I then said why should I have to pay for service that was never given and he said he would knock the price down to $60 if I didn't like it I could call the cops. I am in complete shock I gave him the $60 for my cats to look exactly the same and not what I ordered for him to do. I'm just in shock to pay for a service he didn't do.

VERY RUDE!!! 0/10 recommended. Do not take your babies here. I asked for an appointment and was told “it’s the beginning of the month! what do you want?” Very unprofessional

Asked them to trim up my cat and wash him. They shaved him and now he looks terrible. Also smells like smoke inside.

They accommodated me and my pet exactly how we wanted. The first time I had one small concern (nothing to do with them, it was something about my pet personally) and they made changes accordingly right away for us. Would recommend. Our animals always get cleaned well and treated well.

I have been taking my shih ztu there for all of her 15 years. They are extremely gentle and caring with your fur baby. I've always had excellent service with Shelley, the owner, and with Richard, her employee. I live in Maumee now, and make the trip to Northwood as needed. I can't say enough great things about Shelley and her staff!!

I am not happy with my dogs hair cut. I have a Havanese that is usually cute. She now looks like someone put a bowl on her head and started cutting. The body is uneven all over. Not a very good job at all.
