“I’ve gone here exclusively for oil changes for 10 years now. Never had anything outside of a great experience. Staff is friendly, and up front about pricing and exactly why it costs what it does. They always top all my fluids off, check my tires air pressure and show me my new oil. I’ve never been there any longer than 20 minutes, but typically I am in and out in 10 minutes.”
“Found them after looking for a shop within walking distance of where I work downtown after Tireman closed their downtown location (correction, "relocated to Oregon", lol) after they got bought out by Belle Tire. Got and oil change ($38.95) and tire rotation ($20.00) about a month ago without any bogus fees added on like oil disposal or shop supply fees, just sales tax. They also just fixed a tire puncture for me today at no charge. Had my vehicle ready for me after work. Very glad I found them.”

“What an incredible auto shop. They are loyal, honest, have integrity, and character. We originally thought we would need a new alternator. It turns out it was just a belt and a much less expensive fix. A lot of places would have still replaced the alternator and made more money. But Walz blew us away by being honest and just charging for what was actually wrong. What a blessing. We will be returning clients forever and will send all referrals we can. In an industry that’s known for distrust and rip offs- we are SO glad to have found a safe & trustworthy car shop. No one else compares! THANK YOU”
“✨10 Minute Oil Change✨ is the onlyyyy place I will let do my oil changes and if they are closed, I will wait another day until they open to get an oil change. My husband and I have been going there for years and he flips cars so we are in here pretty frequently and they are very nice people and very trusting. The best part about it, if you’re going in for just a routine oil change, by the time the mechanic is done getting your information and paying, they are done with your car! as a woman going to any car shop, it can be intimidating bcI don’t know a lot about cars but, they have always made me feel comfortable and tell me exactly what they are doing under the hood. Just good people?

“I wanted to give a shout out to Shrader Tire, Toledo Fleet Services at 6006 Hagman Road. And The manager Sam lance, And One of Their mechanics. C J. I Took my 99 Suburban In For a Brake Inspection.Making Noises. Sam(Manager) Put "C J" on the Job. he had to Replace the Front calipers and Pads. Rear Brake cylinders, and Found Two Bad Brake Lines. On Further Inspection They Found One Broken U-Bolt and The Other three were very worn and bad. Plus The lower Axle Plates were worn down. "C J" Replaced everything and then proceeded to bleed the brake System. He Then Took The Suburban for a test Drive Before Returning Suburban to Me. 5 Star Service! Great Job!!.

“Screwed my tire up sooo bad and they were so helpful, unfortunately my rim was also bent which I wasnt expecting. I brought it in on a Sunday and they had it fixed and perfect looking by Wednesday. (They had to order the rim) which I expected way longer wait time since bringing it in on a weekend. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. I will definitely return for service and this was my first time there!”
“Rarely have them do oil changes on my vehicles since the price is a little high for just a drain and fill but I have taken multiple vehicles here for other fluid changes like coolant and transmission and never had any issues. Reason I like coming here is because the machine they use for transmission fluid exchanges just sucks old fluid out through the dipstick or fill/vent port, very gentle process no risk of damage and you get roughly %85-90 of the old fluid out. Done this service on multiple vehicles with various mileage never had a trans fail or perform bad after this service.Reason for four stars is they tend to be messy not a huge deal but I do like a clean engine bay I also have to tell the employee on the next visit in a NICE AND PROFESSIONAL (don’t be a karen) manner to not clean the hood with papertowels since that did put some micro scratches in my paint. To management; please inform your employees to use microfiber towels to clean paint or ask the customer if they want the hood cleaned. While these scratches will come out with a machine polish it’s better if they never happened in the first place.”
“Was an amazing visit. I just needed my wheels balanced and my battery tested! While waiting I did some shopping. So 2 birds with one stone kind of a thing, I guess. Did a wonderful job on the tire balancing but I couple weeks later I had to replace my battery they said was good. It had a bad cell and they did not catch it. Either way they did their best. Thank you for the fun visit.”
“Very professional but I would like if they show what was done like most places they show you your dipstick the color of the oil you can't see what they're doing you have to wait in the waiting room I like to see what's going on making sure they're doing a good job.”

“The gentleman were very pleasant over the phone and were able to get me in to get my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They fixed my car right away and now it's driving like a new car! Will definitely go back there if I have any more issues and would recommend them to anyone. Great job!”
