My girlfriend went in earlier to ask about a phone issue and completely got off topic and bashed her about HER life and stuck his nose in stuff that was none of his business. Completely off the handle and uncalled for. No person should make remarks like he did to anyone especially to a young adult.

I highly recommend John i believe his name was. I went to 4 different verizon stores that ive been with for 20yrs plus. No one would even help answer basic questions , because i bought my phone on amazon . John fixed my problem in seconds , and refused $ and told me to pay it forward! The world needs more people like this man!
