I went here for an oil change the first time it was done by the father and it was a great experience. The shop is owned by a father and his son helps. But The second time his son did the oil change and it was done quick. I have a shield protector underneath my car to protect the bottom from rusting. The son did not put all of myClips and screws in so in result my shield started to drag while driving not to long after myOil change. I went in the next morning and they “fixed” it. But again it started to drag. I was really upset and they shut me up by saying they would buy me a brand new shield and fix what they have done. Not long after they installed my “new” shield it started to drag again. I went to my car dealership and they told me there is no way that they gave me a new shield underneath. I called Northwood auto right away and they told me they would call to see if there’s a warranty and call me back. They never called meBack I called several times within two weeks and never heard back from them. I’ve had this car for a long time now and I’ve never had any issues until I started to go to Northwood Auto.

Good, dependable cars and trucks for sale and good and dependable family oriented place to buy a vehicle or have one fixed. I purchased a Van from them 4 years ago and the family loved it!! We were very pleased with the quality of a vehicle and the price was Right!!

First off, kudos to them for having Saturday hours! I brought my car in right when they opened without exactly knowing what was wrong with it. Juan quickly diagnosed the issue was the brake pads and rotors and told me the cost would be $200- much less than I've spent at other repair facilities for the same job. He didn't try to hose me by telling me I needed any unnecessary repairs. He was completely forthright about everything. There was a delay with the delivery of the parts, so Juan took it upon himself to personally go and retrieve them himself. He apologised profusely on multiple occasions for the parts delay. He finished the repairs in a timely fashion, and the quality of his work is top notch. I highly recommend this place and plan on taking my car back whenever it's in need of further repairs.
