Norplas is a great place to work I've had siblings and friends come in a thrive at the company. Attendance is key, been there 7 years and that will get 8 out of 10 people every time. But if you're a punctual person and take pride in your work and just do the best you can. Norplas might be the place for you.

A great place to work if you want to be laid off as soon as your first 90 days are up. They promise to hire you, will hold multiple "interviews" with you. They will even give you tee shirts, hats, and cups so you feel like a part of the team, then randomly fire you without giving a reason when your comfortable there; thinking you're about to get heired soon. You can work as hard as you can. You can come in on the hottest days and give it your all. Even if you're never late and never call off. These people dont care about you, or your family like they seem too. They have no problem letting you go. Terrible, terrible place to work. Would definitely stay far away from here.

Disrespectful employees from the day I started. Didn't get proper training and everyone was mad at me for not knowing what to do due to the lack of training. Don't waste your time, their is a reason that only four people have stayed, in the department I was in and their was always people coming and going.

It's a toll on your mental health it's not a horrible job but it's not the best either. These people have experience your not gonna connect with alot of younger people it's more of a older crowd. If your good at making no mistakes (Which we all do) I suggest you work here. I did have a good trainer tho she was sweet but had broken english was hard to understand. Job could be a little more lean back when it comes to using the bathroom.

A ok job 1st shift is very on it and strictMy trainer had broken English but she showed me alot of things and it was understandable to some degree. Alot of kind people on 1st shift unfortunate I'm stuck on second shift until I'm hired in. But just try to be positive even if your burned out on your days off always rested up.
