Very friendly service. Attention to detail was right on.
Cleanliness: Very clean and organized. Nice to see the tools to be used for pedi was sealed in it's own sanitary sleeve.

Cynthia did an amazing job on my nails!! Her, her family, and her coworkers were all super sweet! She did exactly what I wanted on my nails and even added gems for me. The environment was also nice, and the salon was decorated nicely! Overall, everyone did an amazing job! Thank you Mel, Cynthia, Danny, and everyone else working there! :)

I would give this place five stars because of how friendly their staff is & how good they ALL are at their jobs. But the downfall is the wait time ... On a good day I may ONLY have to wait 30 to 45 min . However it's normally WAYYY longer than that. (not counting Saturdays) either Lol. So unfortunately I have to find another mail salon that either takes appts or doesn't have such a long wait time due to my demanding work schedule. They're obviously always busy because they are very good at what they do.

Don’t be deceived by appearances- Lee’s Nails may have an humble exterior but, they are OUTSTANDING at their craft. They welcoming as you step in the door with a genuine “hello!” Excellent service! Walk-in’s are appreciated. Staff are very friendly & professional. I chose a color that was too light for my skin tone & Melanie recommended another with glitter overlay. She cared about my nail health , and listened intently to my responses. Wonderful! Lee Nails & Spa make you feel like a VIP & a good neighbor ! Cindy & Melanie are very kind & welcoming, too. I HIGHLY recommend!

Had to get my toes done, they were awful ?. Got in and didn't wait to long before I was seated. The person who helped me was kind and held a conversation with me throughout. Would be nice to know exactly what I was getting, but am totally pleased with the service I received. ?
Cleanliness: Pedicure chairs constantly being cleaned. Floors were clean and work stations spotless.
Stylist: Not sure of his name, but had brown frosted top of hair. I appreciate that he asked if I had diabetes and then did wonders on my feet.

I use to go to first nails and was very disappointed the past few times. I went to get a balance and a nail repair here. I didn't have to wait very long. The customer service was great. She took her time and did really good job. I love my nails! As a mom this is My me time and they did not disappoint. This is the place to go in Northwood!!
