The teachers here are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! So good with the children. The building is BEAUTIFUL, and it is so big inside! Highly Recommend!!!

Both my son and daughter attend Imaginative Beginnings in Northwood, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff. The care and attention that my children receive at Imaginative Beginnings is exceptional. The staff members are not only highly trained professionals but also genuinely caring individuals who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of every child. They create a nurturing and stimulating environment where my children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore and learn.Overall, I highly recommend Imaginative Beginnings child care to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their children.

I really don’t want to be writing this. However here I am. When we toured the facility it seemed wonderful and that they would be keeping our child safe. Well that is not the case she started on a Tuesday and Wednesday I received a phone call at 4pm that my child was no longer welcome because she had figured out how to open the gate in the outside play yard. This left us scrambling to find a new place. Thankfully we did. When I went to pick her up I asked questions as to how many times this had happened and was told that it had happened multiple times on Tuesday and multiple times on Wednesday. When I asked why I was not called on Tuesday when this happened so we could have created a safety plan for her if this happened again. I was told I didn’t think about it. Now my main question is where was the adult? If they noticed this happening why were they not standing by the gate. If you need to help another child then take the child who needs extra supervision with you to help that other child. I am very disappointed with this daycare. I really hope this doesn’t ever happen to another family.

Imaginative beginnings is a great center! Their teachers number one priority is always their students and their safety! The staff is very loving and caring and treats their students like their own! Their rooms are very spacious and the environment is great!

The staff here are not just caregivers, they are nurturing, attentive and genuinely caring individuals who create a warm environment for the children. I highly recommend Imaginative Beginnings to any parent that is currently looking for a daycare. They have truly gone above and beyond to make my child’s experience a positive and enriching one! I can reassure you, that you will not be disappointed when it comes your child’s well-being and development.

As a father, grandfather and great grandfather I know excellent early childhood education when I see it. The folks at Imaginative Beginnings Early Learning Center are the most caring, attentive, and loving that I have ever encountered. I absolutely give them the highest recommendation. Kudos!

STAY AWAY! Our child attended this school for years and ended up extremely underprepared for kindergarten. We were told constantly that our child was problematic and had all these issues but once we switched him to a different program and then afterwards once he reached kindergarten all his problems magically disappeared! Owners were constantly rude to us, staff was unhappy and told us so, and had a high turnover rate so you never knew who was watching your child from one week to the next it seemed. 0/10 stars, absolutely find somewhere else!

Absolutely love the space! The staff is absolutely lovely! So tidy, clean and welcoming all around. So spacious, with all the natural light. And the small animal pets are an amazing availability for the littles to experience!

When I toured Imaginative Beginnings and their sister site Angie's Angels, tears of joy came to my eyes. You could feel the love from the staff as soon as you walked through the doors. The teachers are one on one with the children and they take the time to understand each child's needs. If you are looking for a trustworthy, compassionate and caring place to take your children, look no further!!! Mrs. Angie is truly an angel from above and we couldn't have been more blessed to find her childcare centers.

My 3 kids have been going to Imaginative Beginnings for a year and a half and absolutely love it. The teachers are amazing and always have fun activities planned for each day. They care about my kids as if they were their own. I would highly recommend this daycare to everyone!

I LOVE imaginative beginnings because Ms. Freedom and Ms. Sara welcomed my son in with open arms and made the transition from only being home with mom to being away from me 8 hours a day! Absolutely recommend!! The staff and administrators are truly amazing here and help in anyway they can. My son is very shy and keeps to him self, he is now talking and playing with friends!!

My kids have never been in daycare before so when I had to go back to work after Covid, it was so nerve wracking! After touring imaginative beginnings, i could tell their environment was so loving and welcoming. The staff at imaginative beginnings made sure to build a trusting relationship with me. Their communication is amazing and if im ever worried or have an issue they make sure it’s solved in a timely manner. Probably one of the cleanest daycares I’ve ever walked into (I checked out a lot of places before choosing). My kids are so excited to go to school each day and that alone lets me know they’re doing something right!

My child attended this center from 6wks to 5yrs old. Communication is huge thing to me and when ownership switched, it felt like we were being bothersome about even the smallest issue. Every thing was our fault, no matter if it was a misunderstanding or a legitimate issue with care, billing or photo privacy, anything.It's my hope that the administration and owners treat all their families equally in the future. From our experience, it seemed like long term families were treated much differently than newer families. You should want to impress every family, not just new business. Hold yourselves to the standards you expect parents to have towards you.I wish the teachers there the best in future endeavors. My child had some great teachers towards the end of his time there. Know your worth and make sure you're being treated fairly!
