It's an ok bank, we have had a few problems but they usually get corrected pretty quickly. Defiantly nice having so many locations. The 24 hour grace policy can really bite you if you don't understand that it's at their discretion, so basically any reason they choose could lead to you having some pretty big return check fees. Bank is in good condition and generally clean.

Branch was friendly, clean, efficient, and expertly run. They know their customers on a first name basis. I was traveling from out of town, and it was nice to see that connection to the community. Sam helped me conduct my business in an astute, kind, and professional manner. Model branch worth visiting. Other banks should take note, this is how you run a buisness.

Will just change stuff on you and not tell you. It's not my job to get information from you but urs to get it to me. I use the Huntington app once a week. Why not inform me there u pieces....

This bank used to have the best customer service. I don't know what happened but anymore this location is terrible. I've been waiting in the drivethru at the window for over 10 minutes. Hit call teller....no response. Finally come to window and and say well we have a full lobby. Well u also have a 2 row line at the drive thru. Get some good help....these recent tellers are awful .
