I had went through the first time and left with white dots all over my vehicle And I went back today for a re-wash and still have the same thing I would like a refund. I paid $20 and have seen cheaper washes do better

I won't go back to the one on Woodville Rd. I waited for 10 minutes while the driver of the truck in front of me visited with an employee and then all my windows were streaked with swirl marks

I went through this car wash on a saturday morning, as I was going through the car wash one of my windshield wipers was in an upright position. The young man didn't even bother telling me or mentioning to me what was going on at that time. I had to fix my transmission to the wiper engine of my vehicle. I tried to call management and they did not do anything to help me out. This cost me around $155.00 and they offered me three free washes! I am thinking make your employees be accountable for their positions at this car wash.

Decent, but the free vacuums are totally worthless as there is zero suction. I couldn’t even vacuum my car and I tried at least four different vacuum stations. They do have great coupons though.

I would have given it a higher rating, but I was not so happy because of what happened. I paid for a white wall wash, and I noticed the young man at the end of the line did not do it, so I mentioned it to him. He got an attitude. I just wanted what I paid for. It was $4.00 extra instead of getting the $8.00 basic wash. I still gave a tip, but I am not sure that I should have.

I'm not impressed, the guy that wiped my car off missed half my windshield, and he didn't even touch anything frome the windows down my rear window was completely ignored

Went above and beyond to get our vehicle cleaned. Awesome service. Was passing through town and stopped to get the bugs off the window and did great.
