i have been going to jc penny for almost two years and i couldn't be happier with the care and services they provide for their clients! kate is my stylist and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. she asks her clients all the right questions to ensure they get the cut, style or color their heart desires. she will put you at ease and make you feel like you're having a day out with a friend. anytime i have questions about how to care for my hair and how i can improve the healthiness of my hair she provides me with all the information i need! she has even recommended several products that they sell in the salon, and they have tremendously helped in improving my hair! i wouldn't go anywhere else to feel beautiful and pampered!

I have been going to JCPenney Salon since April of 2022. Even though I have only been going for a short time I am highly satisfied. I have loved every appointment I have with my stylist Kate. She has such a fun and easy going personality that she makes my appointments enjoyable. Kate knows what I like and is able to give me the perfect haircut. I highly recommend getting all of your hair needs met at JCPenney Salon.

Our photographer didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. The poses he had us do were really awkward and he couldn't operate the equipment. My husband had to hold up the background screen for my daughter's pictures otherwise it would have fallen on her. Even with using a coupon it was not worth the money. I'll be scheduling a family photo shoot somewhere else and ditching the pics from JC Penney.

I purchased a pair of Strictly Comfort shoes from J.C. Penney's over a year ago and they fell apart when I wore them 2 weekends ago while going to see a show. I could barely make it to the theater because the bottom was coming out and I had to walk slowly. I haven't worn the shoes that much, maybe 3 or 4 times since I bought them. I have other shoes that are older and have not done this whether I wear them a lot or not. I think the shoe was defective, especially since this only happened to 1 of the shoes. The other sole has a crack in it so maybe it will end up the same way but it still held together and I didn't notice anything wrong with it while I was wearing it. I tried to use my JC Penney rewards account to find out when I bought them but after the website returned my yahoo email address as not being recognized, I created a new rewards account using my gmail address and thought I could link the reward card number to it but there's no option to do that on the website so I called and asked the rewards customer service agent who said she did see my yahoo address was associated with the rewards card number and that there were system problems Monday (10/11) so that's why it didn't recognize my email to reset the account login password. She also said she could link the rewards card number to the new gmail account and remove the yahoo email address but her system also had issues and she couldn't do it after trying a couple times and placing me on hold while she spoke with someone else or another department. She told me that she could only see back 6 months of purchases in my history but the store would be able to see everything so on Tuesday (10/12) I went to the Colerain store in Ohio where I told two of the associates my situation but they said they can only look up 6 months as well. They scanned the UPC on the box but it didn't bring up anything and they tried searching on their phones for information on the brand to get contact information but they couldn't find any. I thought this is a J.C. Penney store brand but they weren't sure so I'm asking now to see what recourse I have for replacing these damaged shoes. I've read shoe brands like Nike will replace shoes/sneakers in such situations. I emailed Customer Service and attached pictures of the shoes and the box with the UPC sticker and asked for any help they could provide in coming to a resolution on this issue. I received the following response from JC Penney Customer service: We are sorry for the experience you've had with us, we will ensure this is sorted out for you at the earliest. We are extremely sorry to inform you that we are unable to locate the orders under your account with provided details, our system does not save orders that has exceeded 13 months. We are extremely sorry to hear about the product, we will ensure this is sorted out for you. We have an option to rectify this issue: - We request you to kindly reach out to the nearest JC Penney store and our store associates will be happy to assist you further. This is the quickest way to get the correct item. Once again, we're extremely sorry for all the trouble you had to go through, customer satisfaction is a Top Priority for JC Penney and your important to us. Henceforth, we will make sure that this does not happen again and your shopping experience with us is up to par. We request your patience in this regard. Please Note: Due to certain security concerns, we do not have access to view attachments, photographs/pictures and screenshots. If you are not enrolled in our rewards program, please click on the link If you have any other questions or concerns, please reply to this e-mail or call our JC Penney Customer Care Center at 1-800-322-1189. You can also contact us on chat. Thank you for being a valued JC Penney customer. We appreciate your business and hope you will shop with us again soon! I responded that I didn't understand what the resolution was that they were suggesting and reiterated that as they noted and as I stated in

So I took my wife up here and we were looking around in the curtains and drapes and an employee an older woman kept looking at us an asked if we needed help, I told her no we were just looking and she walked off. Now we're an interracial couple, no biggie, but she kept trying to sneakily watch us from a distance, everywhere we went there she was staring and then walking off when we looked at her, a few minutes later a male employee is talking to her and he starts doing it. I wanted to say something but the wife said no and we just left. The Saphora inside was awesome, set my wife up for a makeover and she had a wonderful time and the employee was so nice and treated my wife like a queen, she knew her job and did outstanding explaining to my wife what she was doing, why she was doing it, the different kinds of make stuff. Very professional. We only go there for saphora now. Shame.

I would never shop at this Sephora ever again I was told because I did not have a paper receipt that I could not get my cash back . I had a receipt on my cell phone from the Kenwood location and was told that I can't get my money back ! I'm sick of being treated badly because stores look at me and decided that I can't have my money back because of how I look !! I'm done with the lies and being treated badly

Very judgmental people people. For the price it's not worth it I would rather go to great clip's than go here. Or just cut it myself considering that's what it looks like after they get finished. Wouldn't recommend even if it was the last place to get my haircut. Btw we live in colerain not Indian hill
