Great work changing up my earnings. My mother gave me a pair of earrings many years ago. I hardly wore them because they were post earrings and the posts on the back were very long and dug in . Nathan cut the posts off and added a leaver back to make them a dangel. Love that I can now wear them. Reasonable priced and done in only a few days. They even checked and cleaned my ring for me. They are a hidden gem. Thank you.

My fiance found the most perfect ring at Will's. He got a size that was a little bit too big so we took it back in and Nathan had it resized for me by the next day. While we were in, I took a look at all of their other pieces that they had. Everything was so beautiful. We will definitely be back in for our future purchases and suggesting to friends and family.

My wife's wedding ring needed some love, two of the diamonds were missing and several others were loose. The ring was also out of round. Will's fixed it quickly and at a great price. Her ring looked like new again after they were done with it. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back

An absolute pleasure to do business with. I brought a watch I have to a local battery place and they told me that they weren't qualified to work on it and that I should "take it Will's". I'm so glad I did. Nathan is knowledgeable, friendly and ready to share his expertise with you. After the first experience went so well, I brought an heirloom watch that belonged to my late grandfather to be cleaned up and inspected. It was clear that the staff cared about it almost as much as I did. The watch came back looking amazing and working perfectly. I'm looking forward to working with them more in the future. We're extremely lucky to have such a place nearby.

Wow!! Their customer service was so great and welcoming!! Only wished I was able to find what I was looking for. Guess not too many people are just looking for a white gold chain. Where do you go when you are trying to replace ONLY the chain?? They were kind enough to ask if I wanted to have it ordered, but, the event I needed it for we coming up too soon. I would definitely go back if I needed something else.
