Poor customer service. Kid told me to bad. I arrived at 6:48 said he has to close 10 minutes to put everything away. Couldn’t wipe truck down or clean anything. Terrible customer service!

This was the first visit since the new equipment had been installed, very disappointing! When I got home I checked out my wash job only to find that both the front and rear end was still dirty. The old machinery did a better job, then after going through the guys that used to dry the car would catch that and remedy it. I get a car wash for free up the street at the car wash in front of the casino and it far superior. Needless to say I won't be going back to Wheely Clean anytime soon!

This place was very professional and the prices were reasonable. The attendant on duty, Connor, was very helpful at deciding which package I wanted to go with. You guys gained a loyal customer, because of his customer service skills.

For over 10 years now I've been going to wheel clean on Snow rd in Parma Ohio. Brian always takes care of me. When he is there. He is super busy between all 4 shops. Him and his brother Mike and the guys are the best. But Brian is alway attentive to my trucks. Thank you Brian.
