“This is a WONDERFUL place. I was looking for a new vet closer to home and honestly was having a hard time finding one. Everything was so expensive and the care was not great. I am now in the process of switching all my animals to this vet.
Dr. Jackson and staff are phenomenal. He is so patient, doesn’t rush you, and is so good with my animals. He’s also laid back which I appreciate. I feel like other vets made me feel bad like I wasn’t doing enough for my animals, but I never once felt that way. I cannot recommend enough. Prices are also reasonable. Everyone was great here, from walk in to leaving.
If you’re looking for a new vet, I cannot recommend them enough. This is seriously the place I was waiting to find.”

“Amazing place . i would tell everyone and anyonje to come here. Dr.Long was a very nice man . my mothers dog has to have a growth removed and teeth cleaning and vaccination . got the nails cut , i went to the family pet clinic in garfield heights and they told me 2.6k omg i was sad bc i thought we could not help this poor puppy . maple heights animal hospital all come out to around 300 for everything i could not belive the diffence. the place in garfiledd told me jan was only opening they had and maple heights animal hopital will have her in on monday the 4th . amazsing experiance”
“I never take the time to write reviews but -They fit me in last minute to check my cat Ellie’s stitches from getting spayed. Ellie has CH, so she is a wobbly cat and I am very careful with where I take her because of this. But I was worried they were infected and wanted to get somewhere quickly. They were kind and extremely quick to help. I was so worried because I had a flight in a few hours and they eased my worries. My boyfriend and I were so impressed with how calm Ellie was with them. She let them hold her and she laid in my lap while we waited for the vet. I LOVED this because I hate leaving her alone back there while waiting in the lobby at most vets. I am considering making this both of my cats’ main vet.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Neal Sivula & Danicing Paws. Can’t say enough positive things about our appointment. Dr. Sivula is extremely knowledgeable & caring. He listens, and knew everything about why we were there. I have been looking for an holistic vet for a long time that uses the same approach themselves . Additionally he simplified our process (we home-cook food for dogs, have used slightly cooked raw, etc.) he reduced the amount of junk supplements . he also made recommendations & gave info for processes & products that he doesn’t sell, in other wards he wasn’t trying to sell us more processes through dancing paws. I hope to never need cancer help, or major illnesses, though i now know who our first call will be to! I strongly recommend Dancing Paws & Dr Sivula!”

“So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch.. I recommend this place for anyone with a pet they care about...this is juju”

My girl is healing quite well from her procedure and she has a good prognosis going forward. I am thankful for Dr. Akl and the staff at Bartels for the level of care. “I'm posting a review before I even finish treatment cause I'm THRILLED. Yesterday I took my 13 year old schnauzer to Dr. Beach. I was at wits end, stressed, upset. My dog always had allergies but this year was awful I couldn't manage it at home. It got so bad his eyelid rolled over and scratched his cornea causing swelling, discomfort and pain. All this on top of his skin being hot, red to the touch, so itchy he was literally ripping himself open and bleeding. I spent almost $800 but this included 5 meds, a full panel lab work, visit, nail trim, a shot he needed, eye testing, exc. Honestly the pricing was great and the whole process was great. Dr. Beach and her team took a LOT of time checking Teddy over and going over everything in superior detail and answering my million questions (I'm a very nervous Nellie about my animals health). We started the meds and the new shampoo last night and before his second dose this morning he's doing so much better! For the first time in a month he slept almost the entire night, his eye was hardly goopey, his skin isn't red, exc. He's running around our house already again. I'm not sure what magical exlier she gave him but I'm over the moon with his treatment. Thank you so so much! He will be in for his recheck in a couple weeks :)

“I had a really great experience with this team from office staff to tech to DVM. I saw Dr Jeff because my dog has been limping. My vet wouldn’t prescribe anything since she magically stopped limping at every visit. The Twinsburg vet tech made a lot of sense saying that adrenaline can mask the limping at office visits. Dr Jeff gave us carprofen and did a very thorough exam of her legs. He made activity recommendations and weight loss recs as well. So far, the carprofen is working! Thanks Twinsburg Vet!”
“Great staff very friendly was taking my Doberman there for her ears posting but it was just to far for me to drive every week. Callie tough me to do it myself. I loved going in there to see them all. I will keep in touch with them all. All in all a very good and friendly place to take your pet they treat them like they r there own. Thank you to all .”
