Every interaction I have at this UPS location is a positive one. I could weeks ago I had a bunch of returns to send back. They helped me get them all situated quickly and in the most affordable way for me. Then today I had a question about something I ordered that has changed delivery dates several times. I made the mistake of calling the 800 customer service number first and fighting with a robot for over 20min. But as soon as I called this location, Chad was able to help me right away! Thanks for your help!!

Had a difficult return process because of Amazon. They wanted me to package my item and did not give me any other option. The manager, Chad, went above and beyond to help. He packaged the item and had the packaging cost refunded by Amazon by calling amazons customer service center.

First time ever in the store. Went to return a very large and heavy Amazon purchase and Amazon wanted to charge me for the return package because they sent it to me in a third-party box. Long story short Chad the store manager spent 45 minutes on the phone with Amazon, and finally got my refund. You would be hard-pressed to find this level of customer service in most stores these days,to say I was impressed was an understatement. I will be using this specific store for all of my shipping needs in the future simply because of this.

Was just at this location and not only did Tim help me efficiently and thoughtfully, but Chad the manager was actively dealing with Amazon on behalf of his customer return he was working with. Way to advocate for your customers. I will never go to another UPS location and will go out of my way to come here solely based on this. I own my own businesses and would do anything for employees like them.

Was fun while it lasted. This location can thank Rita for losing me as a customer. I opened a mailbox with this location in March of 2022 and always would renew over the phone ever since I opened this mailbox, Rita said I never did and insinuated i was lying. I always renew my mailboxes this way as I'm out of town quite a bit.

Was in your store on Wednesday 5/22/24 and was welcomed by the nicest gentlemen ever. I had issues with an Amazon return and they both worked with me to get the best possible outcome from Amazon. I feel bad because it was busy and they really busy but they did there job and where really great. Thank you Chad and Tim you guys where great will be coming back for sure because of you two......

Sometimes have to wait and can be hectic in there, but everyone is very nice and helpful. Chad went above and beyond to help me receive a tracking number that i desperately needed when i couldn’t find my receipt by checking the cameras to figure out exactly what time i was there and sorting through the list of packages that were sent out that day to find me my tracking number. He was able to get me the information i needed in a timely manner! Thank you for your help Chad!

Went in this morning to get pictures printed on card stock which I’ve done several times at this store. The guy behind the counter seemed visibly annoyed when I asked about getting them printed and told me I needed to step to the side while the computer booted up. After patiently waiting, he stood there complaining about how he had to work a double today and was the only person in the store. He then told me if I wanted my pictures printed I needed to come back at another time when there were two people there. And that he wasn’t going to do it now because there were too many people coming in and out of the store. There were 2 people who came into the store during this interaction and he directed them to the self serve package return kiosk. He was extremely rude and another customer even said good luck getting your stuff. I will definitely not be returning to the store.

Chad and Judy and the young man, I think John is his name are always so helpful here, they go the extra mile and treat their customers genuinely. They really helped me the other day with a package that was going to cost hundreds to ship and walked me through the steps to turn the return shipping cost back on the seller. Thank you!
