The package I dropped off was stolen.( by drop off I mean I gave it to the worker to scan and they took it back behind the counter) I didn’t take a receipt. So if you decide to drop off a package, remember to take a receipt!!!

I’ve gone to this store a few times and everytime Adam R. has helped me tremendously. Incredibly helpful/friendly/and quick. I’ve jumbled my orders a few times as well and he always knows how to fix it. Great store.

So my experience was great I ❤️👍coming in and Adam is so helpful working hard. He is very polite some of the other workers are nice but not genuine like him and that will take him far he seems to really enjoy the job and care about the overall business I thought he was the manager….i came oneday to invite him to ski and nobody ever told him ….maybe next year 😘give that man a raise 🤑he always there

Charged me $1.00 for a piece of tape. You heard me correct. One small piece of tape. Store was dead empty. I can understand if line is out the door and the 3 seconds it would take to pull the tape from the dispenser would hold everyone up. This is one of those business practices where the owner thinks is a good idea then realizes later was a horrible mistake.

Great easy-to-access location. I have never had an issue with THE store, in fact these people have been more than helpful with any issues I have had pertaining to Amazon returns. They have a quick drop off Amazon kiosk which makes returns very simple and easy.

I absolutely appreciate excellent customer service, The representative there for me was extremely patient, friendly explained and made aware of services I was not aware of above and beyond he smiled the entire time and for me a senior that was very welcoming. I appreciate him very much

Customer service here was above and beyond exceptional! Chad is amazing and helped with an issue that I have never come across before regarding an Amazon return. He even helped me on the phone with their customer service. Cannot recommend this store enough and can’t say enough great things about Chad! Very personable, kind, and helpful!

Chad was very helpful in calling Amazon for me and insisting that they take care of the Absurd charges for having a box put inside a box and not explaining that fully to the customer. Chad was able to get them to take care of the charges and then some. He was also great and actually called or me otherwise you just go round and round with Amazon and get nowhere. I have never had the customer service I get at any other UPS Store not Brecksville, not North Royalton that I have gotten at the Northfield store. I will continue; even though it's a little further for me to go as I live in Broadview Heights,to go to the Northfield store
