So far, I only had blood work drawn from my dog for an anticipated spayed surgery and to have her stomach tacked. The true survey will be done after the procedure.

Dr. Kosir and her team are truly the best! They are kind, compassionate, and super accommodating. Our sweet boy needed to cross the rainbow bridge and they saw us near closing and we’re so helpful. They even went above and beyond sending us flowers and a card which had lovely messages from the whole staff. Couldn’t recommend them more and am so grateful for everything they have done. ❤️

Dr Roach is an exceptional veterinarian. She is not only very knowledgeable and thorough, but also very down to earth and easy to talk to. Staff is friendly and obviously love animals.
I started with Dr. Roach when she worked in a different practice and just had to follow her here, despite the drive. Trust and transparency are far more important than a fancy office. Highly recommend! Looking forward to also meet the newer vet Dr. Kosir.

Northfield veterinary hospital has been wonderful with my two-year-old new cat. They treated us in her as if we were at the most important clients they ever had. They saw her promptly, examined her in front of us, gave us the proper information about her health and provided us with the medication that she needed.
They answered all our questions fully and made sure we understood all of the instructions. They were kind and caring and gentle.
They also helped with the end of life of my previous cat, and were amazing and understanding of the pain and grief we were going good.
I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

In over 50 years of having pets and dealing with veterinarians, this was my absolute best experience. Professional, friendly, compassionate staff helped make a difficult visit with my sick pet much easier. Dr. Roach was very thorough and found what four other doctors had not been able to find. They will be my vet from now on. I highly recommend them!

Writing this on behalf of my 2 cats because they do not know how to type (legibly). My cats are great at home but terribly scared in the car and new places. They had a great time at their visit and were even purring! Within 5 minutes everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to the Dr, made them feel comfortable, respected, and loved. The staff treated them with kindness and respect and gave me great feedback and recommendations about my pets. They were also very accommodating when it came to my questions about pricing and gave me an itemized bill before procedures. I highly recommend this vet office and I’m thankful to be located so close. I do not remember all the names of the staff but I wanted to thank Erica for calling me and giving me some additional info about their lab results!

Dr. Roach is so wonderful. She spends so much time with each of our animals and always answers our questions promptly. I love the online pharmacy and being able to just email her when I need to discuss care.

This office is fantastic!! I called them on a Friday morning in a pinch and they immediately accepted our baby as a patient. She had such a bad double ear infection. Also they noticed that one of the meds she was given by another vet was giving her high blood pressure, so we are weening her off and going to give her something less harmful!!

If I could give 20 stars I would, but that’s just not how this rating system works now is it ?.
So I’m here to say that Dr. Roach and her staff are absolutely amazing. It has been almost 4 years since I started coming here and I have never been more pleased with the level of care, the amount of empathy, the acute attention to detail and the level of professionalism that I witness every time I visit their office.
The team here is very organized and efficient.
They are warm and kind. Dr. Roach is so very detailed and thorough. She has answered every one of my 3,234 questions and not once has she ever made me feel like I shouldn't be asking it, even if I may have asked it before and forgot the answer or just needed reassurance.
She does not make you feel rushed during your appointments, does not walk out the exam room backwards hoping you don't ask anything else and she gives your fur baby the respect they deserve while in her care. She is constantly thinking outside the box and doesn't stop at "well that's just how your dog/cat is" she really tries to get to the bottom of things and is always thinking of quality of life.
Her follow up to emails and questions is extraordinary, her amazing staff return phone calls and check in with you even when they have had rough day themselves. Hey, this might sound like it should be standard folks but believe me… it’s not. Northfield is unparalleled.
Unfortunately I’ve had to say goodbye to a few of my geriatric kiddos since I started coming here and everytime the end was nearing, Dr. Roach helped determine the best plan of action to sustain quality of life and then talked me through when might be the best time to say goodbye. When the time came that I had to say goodbye, the whole team handled everything with such empathy and care. They made sure I had all the time I needed to say goodbye and supported me through every tearful moment.
In a world where great service is rare, Northfield Vet Hospital is a shining example of how it should be done. My fur family—and my human family—are so grateful to have found them. If you want a vet who treats you like part of their family and loves your pets as much as you do, look no further.
