Northfield Tire has been my first choice for care and tire service for the past 25 years. They have serviced my entire family's cars and have proven to be fair, efficient and great at customer service. All of the service techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I hate to date myself but I’ve been buying tires from Northfield since 1973. Always friendly, very good advise helping choose tires and always done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

I went in this week originally to get the back right tire on my van replaced and to get a lug nut melted off. I was then going to come back in a couple weeks to get it properly fixed because melting off the lug nut was going to damage a part on the tire. My service technician saw a different part on a different tire that was super worn down to the point I was 1 corner turn away from it breaking which probably would’ve totaled my van. The owner and the technician were so understanding and kind and did the work on my van knowing I didn’t have the money for it all at once. Their act of kindness and generosity gave me faith in humanity again.
They didn’t know that I’m a single mom of 3 I’m only 8 months in remission from battling breast cancer and I genuinely felt like I couldn’t catch a break as of lately. They gave me a break from the genuine kindness in their hearts and I can’t ever thank them enough for it. They have my business for good ?

Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back! Please cancel my appointment on Oct 4! After leaving the shop Sat I went home 5 minutes away and parked my vehicle. 4 hours later I planned to go to grocery store but my tire was completely flat! After being recommended to northfield tirepro I was quite disappointed!
