Great experience! Northfield followed through on its installation and did not hesitate to handle a post installation issues. And, perhaps most importantly, the on-site personnel were exceptionally professional, polite and responsive. They were also on-time and cleaned up to a level that exceeded my wife's expectations.
Bottom line: great company, great experience. Strong recommendation.

Dean and John do terrific work for us. We’ve had them out to check/clean/maintain our chimney for 3 or 4 years. They treat our chimney as if it was theirs. I’m okay with that and very appreciative of the relationship we’ve built with them over the years. They are the best!! Speaking of the best, Bonnie keeps track of the moving parts for all their customers. Thx, Bonnie!

Joe from Fireplace Shoppe was very helpful and informative on my purchase of a XL Green Egg. We discussed what I was looking to accomplish and he had several recommendations. They have a vast inventory for any type of cooking you would like to do and I’m glad they were able to steer me in the right direction. Our beautiful fireplace is now finished and we are fully enjoying it. We want to give a shout out to the Northfield Fireplace Shoppe and all the people who did excellent work. John Rada, in sales and ordering, provided us with a lot of helpful information as we made our decisions. Bonnie, at the office, helped us with questions & scheduling. Then John Bailey and Rob replaced our shabby old red brick work with clean eye-catching white brick with their excellent mason work. Tim and Craig added our gas line and logs in a safe and totally neat way. And Joe did a wonderful job of installing the fireplace doors. Everyone we worked with was very pleasant and we totally recommend them.

It’s Not often in this day and Age you can visit a retailer and feel as if you’ve Stepped back to a simpler time when the customer Reigned supreme. Big Joe Bosze the proprietor of Northfield Fireplace has not lost his touch when it comes to the customer experience. I stopped in recently looking for a solution to a Fireplace problem I had and Joe immediately took action guiding me into a back warehouse where his team secured a hard to find part that I desperately needed so I could complete the close of my recently sold Home.
I had Never met Big Joe before today but I will never forget the way he made me feel in his store this morning. It was as if I was the only customer that mattered. It’s easy to understand how Joe was able to expand his successful business over a 50 year run. Thank you for the Experience Big Joe - it was a pleasure getting to know you before I left NEO !

Chimney repairs were not done thoroughly, just 3 months later we're seeing many issues like bricks crumbling off the chimney, broken pieces that will leak, actual holes in the chimney. Not sure what we paid $800 for 3 months ago. Will never trust them to make repairs again.

Matt serviced and cleaned our gas fireplace today and did a fantastic job---looks like new, amazing! Very happy customer. He even gave us some great tips and showed us a couple functional things that we did not know before. Very fair price and worth every penny. Highly recommend them.
