Got a deluxe pedicure today and it was awful. The employee had no idea I was waiting and never greeted me. Finally I got someone's attention bc there's no front desk person and got put in a chair after having an appointment and waiting. The employee sets me up and then leaves to make personal calls for 15 mins! As I'm soaking the literal jet cover pops off and is floating around. Another employee had to come over and fish it out bc no one was helping me. When my pedicure finally got started my feet were getting clipped by the bare jets repeatedly. It hurt. The employee doing my toes didn't seem to care and made several more personal calls while working my feet. While i sat in a broken foot tub. The place itself was really dirty. The pedicure station looked like half of the chairs were broken and torn apart. The carts were covered in dirt and hair with employee drinks right next to tools their using. Everywhere you looked there was dirt or dust. My feet still have alot of dead skin and the polish is choppy. Would never return. Terrible service.

I show up at like 5 pm. As a walk-in, everyone there just looked at us. We wanted about 5 minutes. I will say everyone was busy working. We were not greeted at all. When we got ready to leave a nice lady, we asked what service we were interested in getting. I told her nails. She said they were booked up for the day, but we could call tomorrow for an appointment. And that was fine. Overall, I give my experience a 2 stars. I worked in a shop for over 3 years and we always say hello to people when they walk in. And try to offer them water and even if we were booked for the rest of they day. We always got the customers' information and made sure someone could service they within the next 24 hours. Maybe that's just a Cleveland thing, but the shop was cute.

Everyone was super nice, my nail tech Aja was super friendly and took her time to make sure my nails were cute while providing advice on my nails when I was unsure. Plus the environment is super cute! I haven't gotten my nails done in a long time bec my old regular place shut down but this might be my new nail spot! I've been to this place a total of two times and I love everything about it. The prices are great, the people are professional and friendly, and they each go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and heard. Debbie has done both pedicure so far and she's the best. My gel x nail set was ridiculously fabulous. I am very picky and they did really well. No bumps no misshapen nails. I also had my eyebrows waxed and I swear they look better and better.Go here. It's about a 40 min drive for me but I think in my professional snooty nail opinion, it's worth the drive lolServices: Nail cut & filing

Would not recommend this place. My manicure didn't last a week. I asked for short tips and something like dipping or acrylic. I was given acrylic and the whole process plus pedicure was about 2 hrs. When I left I realized the polish was uneven and bumpy. It didn't last one week.
