Extremely rude African American older man working in the paint department - don't know his name so only stating race and age for the purpose of identification. No smile and questions were met with one word answers. Was so rude to me that I am now at Home Depot getting my paint. Your RUDE employee just cost you thousands of dollars because I have an entire house to paint. Maybe some customer service training is in need.

We ordered a rolling island from Lowe's, and when we received it, the box was really beat up. Inside, some of the bags of parts were open, but there was only 1 cam lock missing. We went to the Lowe's in Macedonia, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Bob even paid for the package of cam locks saying that it was Lowe's fault, so we shouldn't have to pay for it. Great experience!

Installing a ceiling fan for a client that purchased one from lowes, and installed it on a 12ft beam. Lights worked but fan did not. Brought to store with receipt, to exchange for client, and they wanted to just put funds back on card, which was the clients who was not with me. They would not offer even exchange. So now my client's experience on my service is sabotaged. The customer service reps did not show any signs of remorse or empathy, the 2nd rep that came to help the first one wouldnt even make eye contact with me nor help me understand why I couldnt get an even exchange for an item purchased two days ago with receipt. I will enjoy home depot for now.

I had ordered a pick-up order and after waiting 20 or so minutes without anyone coming out, I had to leave and come back several hours later. Not at all good customer service!

This morning, I went to the store to purchase an item that I saw on-line. There was no indication that the price was on-line only or any other qualifications. I loaded the nearly 100 lb item and took it to the cashier where the price was rung up at the regular store price, which was $100 more expensive than the advertised on-line price. I understood that the cashier could not resolve the discrepancy. I did not understand why the manager couldn’t or wouldn’t address the issue. His response was that I needed to order on-line. No attempt to explain or resolve. Makes no sense! I am not a contractor but have made 35 transactions at that store in the past 12 months.

Brett,the Assistant Store Manager at the Macedonia, OH store and his team, saved us from a disastrous experience. We bought a new high-end dishwasher that started leaking water on our kitchen floor 4 weeks after it was installed. The manufacturer tried to fix it and failed but refused to issue an RA to take it back. Brett escalated the issue until he got approval to take the return so we could buy a more reliable brand from his store.

Helpful staff at this location! Finally. Some of the home improvement stores are difficult to get someone to help you find things, but the girl at the paint desk helped me find items that weren’t even related to paint. Blew my expectations out of the water. This is my go to Lowe’s location moving forward.

The store was immaculate. Friendly staff. Much nicer than most home improvement stores around Cleveland. Especially Home Depot in Cleveland Heights. That's not the store to use. Very unprofessional employees there. Use this Lowe's instead
