“Awesome Aurora Laundromat! I used to come here years ago, before the renovations and this is really upscale! Nice heavy duty machines, clean and well lit. Technology in full force! Everything works! Kudos to the new owners!”
“So, I'm a traveler. I try with all my might not to spend $4 at the hotel for them to clean a pair of socks so I research drop off laundry service. If you have read my reviews this will mark at least a third laundry business that has done exceptionally well with their service. I was greeted and I asked if I could do drop off service and she said I could. She asked if I wanted just wash and fold and I agreed. She asked if I wanted it today or tomorrow and of course tomorrow was fine as I had clothes for the next day. The service was $3.99 a pound and my bag worked out to be 10 lbs. i arrived gave her my ticket and was promptly provided my folded clothes. Wow! What a great service. No arguments about undies, about required ironing or starches. Just cleaned and folded clothes. I'm happy and you will be too.”
“I have to give this place 5/5 and LONG OVERDUE!I fly from LA to Ohio and always bring my jackets I want dry cleaned to them! Legit they’re that good!I had a minor issue and it was all of my fault with my leather jacket, and the owner was so empathetic and understanding. I felt guilty because of how well they treated me here!Highly recommend to anyone!”
“Our choir robes were cleaned here; and they did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. In the future,
we plan to have the robes for the children's choir cleaned here, also. I must say that I wasn't surprised at the service. Their friendly staff consistently do outstanding work and treat us like we're family.”

“I love this place especially if you can’t get to the laundromat early they are open 24 hours great washers great dryers doesn’t take long at all only thing I really don’t like is the %3 hold fee they hold on the card if you wanna go there and not get that hold put on your card take cash you use at the change machine.”
“Everything is great, 2 things are always a problem. The cheapest washers are always broken..they want you to use the bigger machines... parking sucks. That fire lane should be at the corner of the building. Other than those 2 things. Staff is awesome especially the young light skinned man. Great location. I like it!!”

They don't accept payrange. Can get a card and load money on it for the machines. There was a 3% service charge for using my bank card to get the laundry card.....”
“I come to this laundry because it newer, large, clean and has an attendant. Machines take quarters--$3.25 for a wash. Dryers are free. Washers are top loads and larger side loads. You can buy quarters from the attendant. Today the laundry soap machine was not working, so remember to bring detergent. The rolling baskets are convenient to move wet clothes to the dryers. Opens at 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. New is a dog run in front of it. By the sign it looks like the Blind Society constructed it. Check it out.”

“I generally do my laundry during the evening normally between Wednesday and Friday. I like to go and do my laundry when John is working. He makes the experience much more enjoyable not a chore. The atmosphere is always seems to be light and fun when John is working. Anytime I've ever had an issue, John resolved the problem immediately. John has gone above and beyond to help customers by lending a hand if asked or resolving an issue quickly. He always engages the customers in friendly conversation, making you feel welcome. It's ALWAYS an enjoyable evening doing laundry when John is working and I plan my visits to ensure I go when he's there. John is an essential part of there store and would not be the same with out his upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work John and I will see you soon!!!!”

“Came down here from Cleveland to do laundry as our dryer was broken, and Hubby has family in this area. Pros - this place is open 24/7 (including Black Friday 2023 when I visited), most machines cost only $3 to run, and there are three change machines that take up to $10 bills. Cons - there are quite a few "out of order" signs here today, including on one of the three change machines and on the lone bathroom.”
“Did my laundry in twinsburg laundromat yesterday but I live in Solon. LAst night my son & I decided to go look at this laundromat! Not fancy but not bad, not a bad price either to wash & dry and even my son said we should go to this laundromat instead of the one in twinsburg (even tho it was nice also and opened 24/7)! I am unsure of the open hours of this laundromat but overall seems like a good place to do laundry!”
