I have been trying to get an appointment from more than last 9-10 days but I have been getting passed around like a dummy to different people who work there.They take my number every time and never call me back for an appointment. I have always asked patiently for an appointment for one of my business accounts but It’s just pathetic. When I opened my business account here the service was great but its been total turnover after that. It’s ridiculous. It’s unfair to the brand they are representing. At the Berea branch i have never had a problem for last 10+ years in fact never at any Huntington bank.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience at this Huntington branch, nor the one in Solon. Friendly atmosphere, solid tellers, and Huntington itself is the best bank I have ever used.

I received the worst customer service from Amanda Fargon. Besides the complete unwillingness to work with me she barely made eye contact or small talk. My situation was something new to her and spent the majority of the visit on hold in silence. All I needed was two sentences typed up on their letterhead with my receipt for paying down an old account and when I questioned why she couldn't, she hung up with the representative and gave an expression like I was some crazy person. Then shewed me away so she could work with someone else who litterally just walked in. Didn't feel like a valued client and will be working with another company to open my personal business account for home renovation. Your loss Huntington.
