I had a pickup order and was truly impressed with JOSH who loaded my bags into my car. What a polite young man, with the BEST work ethic! He told me he appreciates me being a regular customer because it’s the customers that enable him to keep his job! When was the last time we’ve heard that?!!! More young people should have his work ethic! Nice job to his parents as well! I hope management reads these comments! This was meant for the grocery store!

I would recommend you go get your boosters/flu shots elsewhere! Finally got an appointment and they couldn’t do flu shot at the same time due to their billing and they would have had to do two transactions- give me a break!

Not sure who runs this store but its by far the worst Giant Eagle I've been to. They are wayyyy understaffed and seem to only allow self checkout on 10 items or less. Get it together or lose customers!!!

All the Pharmacy staff are wonderful. It’s a very busy pharmacy, and yet staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a simple question, would have taken max 30 secs to answer. Instead, I was ignored for 5 mins while I stood there patiently. No acknowledgement either. Of-course you're busy, but a simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Drove 2 minutes down the street to CVS, got my question answered and bought what I needed from them.

I have to thank this giant eagle bakery for a good laugh but I am baffled at how this could be messed up. This hot mess of a cake for my 9 year old is supposed to a unicorn that says we ❤️ you at the bottom. I’m guessing the emoji heart didn’t come through so instead of calling to clarify they put ??.... seriously?? I also attached a pic of how it was supposed to look.. I also asked for only blue, pink and purple color... thankfully my kid has a good sense of humor because this blows. Oh and my curbside pick up of 6 day expired salad that is moldy also sucked.

I've been shopping at this Giant Eagle for years and this is my Go To grocery store, but like one of the reviewer said "this has turned into a s*** hole giant eagle". and I have to agree 100%! What aggravates me is that they never changed the times on this app. And the voice recording said they are open from 7 AM to 9 PM. Well I was just there yesterday (5/20/2020) and one of the staff members was shooing us out at about 7:50 PM! so what is it? what is your exact hours of operation?!. I am sure I was not the only one that drove for nothing yesterday because there was a few of us that came in right about that time! If this keeps going on and no improvement I would have to find another GO TO grocery store! There are so many good ones around the area! And definitely, the bad reviews will continue on!!!!!!!!
