I went into Fleet Feet for my first pair of running shoes. I learned a lot of valuable information from the 3D scan that helped me find the right shoe for me. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Price points were reasonable. 10/10 would recommend, especially for someone new to running who needed a lot of guidance.

For the first time in a long time I found a shoe store where the salesman was knowledgeable and had the technology to measure my feet in all dimensions and scan my gait to see what I needed to keep my feet aligned properly and keep them comfortable. He took the time to make sure I found the best shoe for my feet, which for me means no hip pain when I walk. What a relief to be on my feet all day without agonizing hip pain from misaligned feet!

Their staff has knowledge that is superior to other shoe stores, and they recommend products that will offer comfort or solutions to running-specific injuries. They also have the technology to scan your feet to gather information about what type of shoe would be a best match. They knew what type of shoes to pull for me based on my Physical Therapist requesting I get a low drop shoe. I didn't know what that meant, but the Fleet Feet staff knew right away and were able to explain it to me very well. I'm very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff and the shoes I chose!

Fleet Feet always always you to take your time and try on different shoes until you feel comfortable with your choice. They are helpful and keep a good record of what you’ve bought in previous visits to make it easy to get the same shoe you may have tried in the past.

Great experience at Fleet Feet in Northfield. Friendly and helpful employee that thoroughly explained the fitting process. I walked away with shoes that work for me and my needs and look forward to shopping there again!

They sell junk tennis shoes..I paid 140.00 for my tennis shoes. My back is aching after wearing them. The pain goes all the way up my legs. Why was I not told??

Fleet Feet offers a good variety of shoes, arch supports and socks. The service and staff is top notch; they are all very knowledgeable.

I went into the store to simply buy an updated version of my current shoe. Unfortunately, the "improved" version had a change which made it uncomfortable. The FF staff member took her time to get me into the right shoe, which I would say that I like better than my previous shoe.

Rachel at the Northfield, Ohio location was AMAZING. She took her time doing the foot analysis, explained my results in detail, and found me the perfect shoe. I originally went into the store with my mind set on a certain shoe, and she guided me in a different direction (while also being SO patient as I tried on about 10 different pairs) that I was not expecting. I just wore my new shoes on my first run and it was the best run I've had in a long time! I will not get my shoes anywhere else and I have already referred a few friends to go see Rachel. If I could give her a 1000/10 rating, I would!
