Usually I’d rate CVS three or four stars, but my interaction with Guadalupe brought me to five this visit. She was SO very helpful, helped me understand the coupon drama CVS puts out there and thanks to her help I saved almost $50.
CVS should really put cashiers names on the receipts so stellar employees get the recognition they deserve. Gracias Guadalupe!!!

Horrible horrible place. My son has chronic illnesses requiring meds every month. Many times they don’t bill correct insurance. Constantly out of medications. The worst of it is the female pharmacist is quite rude and condescending. And now when I call in to speak to the pharmacist to straighten out an issue I can only leave a voicemail. I’ve already done this once and of course was never called back. Unfortunately my insurance will only allow me to use CVS otherwise I’d change in a heartbeat.

Out of two prescriptions they will fill the oldest one...which is a huge problem if dosages change and it's a controlled substance...in other words, there's no fix and will have to go without medication for weeks. This was the last straw...now I do not fill any prescriptions there.

Eileen was waiting on me when another came and said I will take care of her ...she made 3 mistakes,,,,,moved to help one in self check 2x and was a little rude, not a good experience !

I had a great experience with CVS. The cashier Powhantan maintained a friendly conversation as he helped me save money on a product I was complaining about! He was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient as he helped me sign up for a promotion, all while helping other customers as well!

They have a girl in pharmacy that barely speaks English I had to ask her to repeat herself numerous times she was very rude and unprofessional. Don't put someone who doesn't speak proper English in a customer service position and tell her to check her attitude
