  I stopped in last night around 9pm to find several customers milling around the checkout with no employees in sight. After waiting for at least 5 minutes, one customer walked into the drive thru area and found a male and a female bs-ing, totally ignoring the fact that at least 5 customers were waiting in the store. Three people who had been waiting 8+ (or more) minutes gave up & left. I waited another 4 minutes, I even asked an employee what was going on. After getting no reply, I left also.
  Really dismal way to run a business 🤔
  
  UPDATE: The morning after my visit and review, I received a response (supposedly from the owner) which included a contact number to call. When I called, instead of a comment or explanation concerning my experience, the number provided was to a call center and someone who answered with a very heavy accent..possibly located in a foreign country who was not interested in hearing my feedback. In short, they blew me off!
  Evidently this particular Circle K is really not interested in anyone's input calling out their obvious issues with grossly incompetent employees there during night shift.
  This location was recently remodeled, very nice, but putting lipstick on a pig doesn't solve serious underlying problems affecting operations or customer service! FYI 🙄

  Randomly closes and just puts signs on the door that they’ll be back. I’ve seen 7 people try to enter so far. this is not the first time I’ve seen this. Going home, not wasting more time.

  This place has good gas prices, and if you’re a member, you get $0.25 off. However, I’ve been double charged three times and had to wait for my bank to release my money for days. There is no reason for a double charge, even once! I paid inside. The employees are mostly argumentative and unhelpful. I don’t recommend this place. I just read it was 24 hours, but when I pass by there at 9 PM, it’s always closed.

  This place needs to shut all the way down…. How about putting an SPEEDWAY there at least we will know that they will be open and have some good customer service

  If you can’t afford to hire actual people, then you shouldn’t be 24 hours because I’ve been trying to get stuff from you guys early in the morning and you guys are always closed because you never have staff be 24 hours if you can’t hire people who will actually show up on time

  1 star. Not because of service. But because of a lack of God damn common sense. I understand the reasoning behind a hold when I tap to pay, but $175?!?! You realize someone needs a 62.5 gal tank to fill it up? Couldn't ya just do 100? Also, what's the point? If the pump knows I have 12.03 in my account it preauthorizes for that amount and knows to stop the pump but you can't tell when I have 12k? ???

  So I was just inside of this store, and I was about to buy something. Then, this clerk said “You gotta hurry up, sir.” when they weren’t even supposed to close. I feel like he was trying to tell me that I’m loitering when I’m a paying customer. Will not come back anytime soon. ?
