I had never stepped foot in a gym before I started coming here in January and I love it. As a beginner I was a bit intimidated, but the trainers Dave and Frank have helped me along and made me feel at ease. I’m now there several times a week. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Great place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable..the personal trainers are really good. Wide range of equipment. It's been a positive experience for me.

Although I enjoy having a convenient gym close-by I wish the equipment had directions on how to use and the benefit from each. This facility has a variety of equipment machines and if the client doesn't know how to set it and if they should use it or not - they may not receive all the benefits they are paying for.
