Front office was always timely with requests, maintenance requests were handled timely and correctly every time, neighborhood was well kept and in a great location. Only reason we moved out was because we purchased a house.”

“I was considering a two bedroom before reading the reviews. I am a reviewing under a different name. I was curious to learn how often does the rent increase. or At least i should have asked what are the chances of it increasing. I think I will opt for a 1 bedroom if I am going to rent. I do have a preference for the vicinity, and a lower unit, because a unit on the first floor I will stay longer.”
