I was racially profiled as soon as I got in the store. I go down one aisle and Harsha the rep is in the same aisle, this happened 3 times. She even walked pass me watching and tried to put a fake smile on her face. I believe she even called the Police when I left because I got stopped by Sagamore Hills PD and he wasn't in his jurisdiction either.

Had questions about coverage of a drug and the only reply from pharmacist and manager of the pharmacy was “I don’t know.” Only to later find out they input the prescription coupon incorrectly that would save me over $600. Technician working the check out was the only kind person I encountered. Higher up staff had no patience whatsoever.

The staff are very helpful in finding the right items, the blue tags identify the OTC products that I can get for free with my Humana Card and they carry convenience groceries to save me a trip to another store!

The minute clinic is a joke and staff are extremely RUDE! The nurses there do not know what they're doing. They need to close these minute clinics DOWN if they are not going to hire qualified ppl. This was the far worse minute clinic I have ever went to. Also, they act like we need them but they need US to stay afloat and get paid. Calling them sorry is an understatement!

Went in to the minute clinic, they prescribed me meds. Told me I could pick them up at cvs closer to my house, waited 20 mins in line at the pharmacy only for them to tell me there is no prescription sent there for me, so I asked them, if they could call the cvs I was at and the pharmacist said they don’t do that, so I tried and couldn’t get through. So I drove all the way back to that cvs and the NP at the minute clinic laughed and said that happened to her already today with another patient and handed that pharmacy my script to fill and they took 30 minutes to fill it. Not even a sorry was said.

I had all my medication‘s forward to this pharmacy away from another CVS pharmacy, to specifically avoid dealing with a short hairedcolored pharmacist who is incompetent, unprofessional and beyond rude and ignorant. It’s devastating to see one person there who can totally ruin such an establishment, that was in the past always known for being a well organized and friendly location with staff who are well liked, being completely sabotaged by thisclown. Time to transfer all my stuff to another location. This will NOT be the last terrible review posted on your page in regards to her.. Mark my words. You guys had a good run. Sayonara.. smh. AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE.

I am so grateful for the staff at this store. I called the Minute Clinic and informed the nurse that my 89 year old mother was suffering from a serious chest cold. The assistant and nurse were very concerned after taking my moms vitals. It was only minutes until my mom was on her way to the hospital with pneumonia.They were so nice and assured my mom that going to the hospital was the best for her health. They even called me personally to check the status of my moms recovery.I thank CVS and the staff at the Northfield store my 89 year old mom has recovered 100% from pneumonia.

If 0 starts were an option I would have left none. My 3 year olds skin is peeling off and the drs don’t know why, I had a 7:30 zoom call with a dr and went immediately to the pharmacy for a new steroid. I knew I was cutting it close so I called the pharmacy because the gps said I would be there at 8:01 pm, when I called Morgan the manager said the registers shut down at 8. I asked him to please wait I would be there at 8. I was standing at the pharmacy counter exactly at 8 pm and he had removed all the drawers already to reconcile. If your open until 8 drawers should be open until 8:01 so customers have a chance to get there. I will never be back.

I've used Minute Clinic several times and always got good care. I felt like the nurses really listened to me, answered my questions and gave good advice. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and I am grateful for the drive-through option. I recently had an outstanding experience with the drive-up covid test process.

I had a great experience in my time I went there recently . As soon as I walked in I was greeted which was very nice . Seemed very clean and professional as well . The care concierge helped me find what I needed for some medicine. Overall I’d say the place is better then most Cvs out there . I would recommend .
