I have dealt with moving several times over the years but never had to organize this side of things until now. I will definitely recommend U-Haul and certainly this location. The user interface on the website was perfect for me considering most sites have a bad UI. The process from start to finish was flawless when booking this online for the first time. When I arrived at the location in person we were greeted with a very friendly demeanor and all the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. They clearly had the skills and ambition to perform a great job while also keeping the customers best interest in mind. I also expected the cost to be much higher considering the service you’re using but was very happy with the fair price for everything. The employee was also very thorough with explaining anything I needed to know. I can not recommend this location enough and will be spreading the word. I hope everyone there can know how much they are appreciated for their hard work/effort. With things like this being very stressful in general uhaul at least made this part of moving the least of my worries and the experience alone is worth sharing. Overall 11/10 a great customer experience. I would take any (recent) negative reviews for this location with a grain of salt there’s always those people who have to complain about something and feel entitled.

Great service provided by your team. Greeted me as I walked in and completed the paperwork quickly. When I returned the truck I was met in the driveway before I could even get out of the truck. Equipment was excellent.

Very displeased. I needed to haul a vehicle. I decided to use a U-haul tow dolly. I called the location and told them I would be renting a truck from Home Depot and using that to pull the trailer. I was told that would be fine. I rented the truck for $138 for the day. I get to U-haul and they tell me I am unable to pull the trailer with the Home Depot truck. I explained to the manager that I called and made the individual on the phone aware of what I was doing. I asked if I could use one of their vehicles to tow it. They said yes, but I would have to pay per mile. This would have made my rental cost over $400 plus tax and gas. I asked them to waive the mileage due to the incident, but they refused. I told them that I would like to be reimbursed for the $138 that I just wasted on a vehicle I rented for no reason. This is the minimum of my lost funds due to the incident. This was on Saturday 9/23. The manager told me they needed to submit a ticket so they could listen to the call and would get back to me. I have still heard nothing back. Terrible experience. I recommend looking into your options before choosing U-haul.

Very surprised to hear the way my parents were spoken to at this location by Mason Howell. They were told a one-way Uhaul drop off includes one month of storage free. Upon getting there, Mason seemed to have an issue honoring the offer. Once getting the storage unit, there was a car parked in front of the rented out unit. My parents proceeded to mention this issue to Mason and he said it was the Manager’s car and there was nothing that can be done to move it which of course made the unit inaccessible. My parents made mention that Mason was basically yelling at them and demeaning them to the point where my mother had to remind him that she was the customer. Fortunately enough, another employee stepped in and handled everything professionally and magically resolved the issue. Instead of one person handling the issue it took two. Instead of using appropriate customer service skills to listen, acknowledge, and resolve… the issue was needlessly escalated. Not a stellar representation of any brand, let alone one as big as Uhaul. One can only hope Mason can find a different job in a more fitting setting with less responsibility to avoid these issues from unnecessarily escalating in the future.

This place is well organized and well run. Great rental experience; the van was clean and comfortable, and the guys that work here were very helpful and friendly no question was too d**** The only improvement would be if owner could expand the tiny parking lot to wrap around the front side of building. Would be easier and safer in and out.

When we arrived at the North Royalton location, Scott and Annelis were warm and welcoming. They found us a great deal and made the experience stress free.Grumpy Scott was a Big Teddy Bear and Annelis was cheerful and helpful.I would highly recommend!

If possible, I would leave 0 stars. My son-in-law rented a vehicle from this location and was treated horribly. We will never use this location and I have encouraged him to not use U-Haul in general in the future if he finds he needs a rental.My son-in-law is a black young man who is polite, professional and honest, but apparently Scott did not like his look! He was accused of theft (falsely) and, instead of someone engaging him in a normal conversation, he had the police called on him! He did not have his receipt on him for the equipment that they saw him with and they took it upon themselves to make assumptions. I wonder if they do that to EVERYONE? I would guess not!! The officers, thankfully, understood what was happening and it was settled quickly, but it should never have happened!When we called U-Haul to complain, we were told they have received multiple complaints for this location for this sort of racial discrimination. It would seem that this is not the place to go if you are looking for fair treatment for all people.

Truck leaked all over my property. We will see how the manager respond. Update they took 30% off total bill. Make sure you get insurance.

This is the best U-Haul I've worked with! The rental equipment was spotless inside and ready to go with self check-in. The staff here is kind and great to work with the two times I've rented from here. Thank you for a good rental!

I rented a truck for a day with equipment including a furniture dolly and furniture pads. Uhaul changed my pickup location the night before to North Royalton. I made my reservation a week in advance. I was moving a lot of heavy furniture on a humid, 90 degree day. When I arrived at the uhaul location, they told me they did not have my dolly and could not provide one, which I and my movers were relying on. We had to move it all ourselves without one. Would not recommend. What I'd the point of reserving a truck and equipment if it cannot be provided when you get there?

Had items missing from the unit I rented.. house hold items, my books, boxes of my brand new pots and pans. I had alot of things missing from this location never again the worst DONT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS LOCATION!

The absolute worst customer service over the phone experience I have probably ever dealt with. Making a reservation took over 45 minutes.
