#1 it's almost impossible to get a hold of this salon. You call and no one ever answers or calls back when you leave a message. So I emailed, I believe I found the email on the salon's facebook page. I wanted to use this salon for my wedding bc I saw good pictures & heard they were good. Through emailing Lauren I booked my wedding date & a trial (which took a couple weeks waiting on emails back & forth from lauren, she takes atleast 3 days to a week+ between each email). I arrived for my trial, was told the makeup girl couldn't make it and would have to reschedule. I thought okay no biggie. Lauren then did my hair trial, it was honestly great, I was happy with it & was looking forward to rescheduling my makeup trial. I told Lauren to let me know asap when I can reschedule the makeup bc I only had about 6 weeks until my wedding at that point so I wanted to have the trial asap. I then didn't hear from her for 2 weeks, during which I called the salon multiple times & left messages. At that point I was just thinking this salon is so unreliable I don't even want to rely on them on my wedding day, so I emailed Lauren & said just forget it. It's just so hard to get a hold of anyone & appears very unreliable

Lauren is AMAZING! She did my hair for both of my recent photoshoots and always does a quality job! I also had my spray tan and make up done here as well! 10/10 and 5 Stars!

Perfect place to have our hair done for my wedding! So much attention to detail, the bridesmaids looked beautiful as well. Meg is so nice and love the ambiance. Highly recommend!

If you need wedding hair and makeup look no further! All of my girls and myself had our hair done by Lauren or Meg and the makeup by Riley or Gina. Everyone looked amazing. Hair and makeup stayed through all the sweat, dancing, and fun!

Came here as part of a bridal party for a wedding and was extremely pleased with my experience. Be careful because the place is easy to miss, tucked in a small strip plaza on state street, but don't be deceived by the exterior, the inside is modern and nice, and most importantly they do a great job with hair! Meg did my updo, along with about half of the bridal party and it turned out better than I could have imagined! I told her to do whatever she thought would look good, but just to make sure it wasn't slick against my head making me look bald. She gave my hair texture and a great bun that lasted all night! She was easy to talk to and made the whole experience enjoyable. She did about half of the rest of the bridal party and their hair looked great too. Lauren is the owner and took the other half of the party and everyone looked great. If you're planning a wedding I would definitely consider getting the parties hair done here. It was great. We had the place to ourselves and they allowed us to bring in some breakfast foods to enjoy while everyone got their hair done. They also had a makeup artist come in who did some of the girls make up, and they allowed others to bring their own and do it themselves. I can't speak personally to the typical hair cuts and other services, however the bride goes here regularly as did one of the bridesmaids mothers an both had nothing but good things to say. Try it for yourself and see!

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Meg for YEARS and she's the best. Lauren did updo's for my sister-in-law's wedding and we all loved our styles, they were perfect! I only get my spray tans by Lauren as well. I'm moving 45 minutes away and I will still be driving out to North Royalton to see them. Why change when you find the people who do your hair and beauty needs the way you like it to be done? <3

This salon is absolutely amazing! I see Megan at this salon on a regular basis and I have NEVER left unsatisfied! My hair always feels super healthy and amazing every single time I leave the salon and I love showing off my hair! I strongly recommend you go to this salon! I had multiple sessions with Megan to take my hair from box color red (YIKES!) to a blue and purple color for the summer. Seriously. Go to this salon <3
