“The first time I had gone to fed ex to print some invitations it turned out to be a disaster. I had used the self service printers in the front and the ink was of extremely poor quality, ruining the invitations.
This time I went to the desk and I’m so glad I did! It was at the desk where I met Will. Will was so patient with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He is the reason the invitations were so successful. He was able to take my pdf from my USB and provide pristine quality on shimmer heavy weight paper. All the staff seemed kind but I will be coming back because of Will.”
“I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store (Fairview Park on Lorain Road)! There’s a newspaper trend going around where people use personalized designs in photoshoots for birthdays, anniversaries, or big announcements. I wanted to do something special for my 30th birthday photoshoot in Brazil—but I didn’t just want a front and back like most people. I designed a full “newspaper” with a custom front and back, plus two “inside” pages as a heartfelt thank you to my family.
I came to this store hoping they could bring my vision to life, and they exceeded every expectation. I explained what I needed and why it was important to me, and they jumped right in to help. They walked me through everything—from helping me choose matte over gloss to avoid camera glare, to printing on durable material that could survive my suitcase. It came out exactly how I envisioned, folded perfectly like a real newspaper, and all for under $20!
I’ve been to this location before for passport photos, shipping, and more, and the service is always top tier. But this time they helped turn a dream into reality. “I went in for notery services . I had signed the paper before I went so he told me he couldn’t do it. I had another paper at home got it and went back. He served me right away and notarized the paper with no problem. I will use their services again and I will tell my friends about it.”
“I’ve used this UPS store for 3 years now for notary services and dropping off returns. I have never had any issues. They are always polite and patient. I’ve come in with my 6 year old, and my 1.5 year old in my arms, with 10 separate returns and was still received kindly by the staff. They are great. I do not understand how they have negative reviews… probably because the people who have only ever had good service take 3 years to finally leave a review… I will continue using this location for the foreseeable future!”

Pleasantly surprised when at this location I was greeted and taken care of with exceptional customer service. Sherry took care of me and cracked jokes with me along the way. Truly brightened up my day and helped with all of my needs. I came to get documents notarized, make some copies, and even ship something out. There was nothing but a willingness to help from Sherry and the staff at this location. Highly recommend it for all shipping, copying needs or even if you need a notary!”
