Dr. Singleton and the entire staff were so compassionate in a time of great distress. Our 15 year old cat Riley was in capable and compassionate hands up until the time when, unfortunately, it was decided the best thing for him was to let go ?.
Today we received a lovely flower arrangement and card with a handwritten note from Dr. Singleton which was very much appreciated.
Thank you to everyone at North Royalton Animal Hospital!

Staff was awesome. My dog had an emergency over Labor Day weekend and needed a recheck at a vet a few days after. This place got my fur baby in asap. Everyone was so kind and nice. The vet answered any and all questions. They even made the go home instructions very clear and understandable. I will be bringing my dog here from now on.

This is by far the best veterinary clinic I've ever taken my dog to. I've lived in 3 different states and taken him to atleast 5 different vets. They are very patient and passionate about caring for the animals. Dr. Hechko is extremely knowledgeable and respectful. If you want the best for your furry friend, this is it.

Every July, this veterinary practice holds a Pet Carnival. It is one of the highlights of my year. They have so much to see and do but to be honest, just watching the pets interact is my favorite part. I have gone to this even for the last 10 or so years and each year it just gets bigger and bigger and better and better. From all the volunteers to the vendors, this is a highly recommended event to attend. Bring your well-behaved pet and enjoy the afternoon. Or go with just the humans and learn about all the different breeds of dogs and other animals that attend. This year they even had calves in attendance! GREAT JOB NORTH ROYALTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

The staff took excellent care of our dog Lucy up until the very end. She had an emergency causing her to lose feeling and control of her hind legs and bodily functions at only three years old. Thank you guys so much for making her last moments happy and for being so supportive during such a rough time for our family ❤️?

I intially brought my cat here from another vet in the area because her ear issue was not getting resolved. The Dr. here did resolve it and she's doing well now. All of the staff - front desk, technicians & doctors have all been very welcoming & friendly. They have treated my cats well & honestly. I'm very happy I decided to switch to this practice.

My gsd is a brat, BUT… I muzzle her because she is agitated during vet visits. We’ll this place made that whole experience 1000 times worse the lady was super timid. She sat there for over 1/2 hour in the floor afraid to go near us… which was ridiculous, and made my dogs fear so much worse. Even I wanted to attack her ha ha anyway super expensive they made me leave come back, drug my dog and bring her back for a whole new cost of an office visit plus drugs. It was horrible experience. I switched vets immediately after this visit and will never go back, my bill was over $400 for absolutely nothing.

We would like to thank Dr. Singleton and the staff at North Royalton Animal Hospital for all their compassion, comfort and patience when we had to make the decision to put our 15 year old dog Meadow to sleep. Dr. Singleton is so passionate about explaining what we could expect and made it so much easier for our family to deal with. We walked away knowing, with their help, that we made the right decision.

DON'T GO HERE.
Unethical. EXPENSIVE!!! COMMISSION...
Our boy was given every test under the sun. He was put through so much. We were told he only had six to eight months to live... And for that I am not too upset about, it isn't an exact science...
But here we are TWO YEARS later. We would have done so much different. The FIRST thing would have been walking straight out of this vet hospital.
We put him through so much and the COST!!!!!! WOW. If you are wondering if the other ONE STAR reviews are true ... YES, THEY ARE!
**** THIS PLACE WORKS ON COMMISSION!!! ****
It wasn't even the money, but that set us back about $2000+, it was the terrorizing of my little Yorkie boy. He never needed all those tests
...
He is still here. Aging, but he is good.
DON'T GO HERE.
Unethical. EXPENSIVE!!! COMMISSION...

We went in for shots for our 3 dogs to renew our foster care license. Very simple request, that’s all we needed at that time. We walked out over a $1,000 later for multiple other things that we did not need to address in that very moment. We felt very ver taken advantage of.

Holy Moses... Jordan, Dr. Wood and the crew at this place were 100%, sympathetic and empathetic to my situation.. I had just got my dog back from my ex after 2 years of abuse.. I walked in within less then an hour of when they closed. I pled my case expecting a spin and to be scheduled 2 weeks away... They all jumped in and Jordan snatched him up like he was hers.. they all stayed later then I assume they wanted to on a Friday and didn't leave till Cal was completely cared for...
Tell ya what it's situations like that will keep me going back and keep me pimpin them out..

I don't normally write reviews but am making an exception this time. I am a senior who has had pets the majority of the time during my adult life. I had never been to this clinic before. I made an appointment for my cat who seemed to be extremely congested. When I arrived, I was told to go to the side entrance because they were going to put him in a quarantined room. I took my cat into the side entrance, at which time a (I assume) Dr. came rushing out of a room inquiring, with a raised voice, what I was doing in there and I was not permitted in that area. I tried to explain that I was told to use this door and had never been to this clinic before. The gentleman, still with a raised voice and coming towards me, continued with I was not permitted in that area. A woman from the front heard the commotion and explained to me that I needed to wait in my car, and they would call me. I went back to my car with my cat and waited for their call. When they did call, they explained what they were going to do (blood work, ex-rays, etc.) at the cost of over $700. I asked if they could see my cat first then come up with a treatment plan. That is not what they wanted to do and if they did see my cat, I was not permitted in with him-no exceptions. At that point I told them I will go to someone else. This by far was the worst experience with a Vet office in over 40 years of pet ownership. I feel this clinic is about the money and not necessarily about the patient and the owner. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE VETS WHO CARE? We need more Dr. Pol's. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Take your pet somewhere else.

I was only at North Royalton Animal Hospital one time. Our beloved little chihuahua of 14 years was not doing well. We had taken her to our normal vet on Wednesday and was told by our vet that she was not doing well and she could " drop dead " at any minute. Needless to say I was not going to have this person take care of our furbaby. On Thursday, it was obvious that our baby was not improving with the medication and we took her to North Royalton Animal Hospital. The staff there was amazing and genuine. Dr. Travis and Destiny were wonderful. They treated us with so much understanding and support. Totally opposite of the other experience. We did have to put our precious girl to sleep which was devastating, but Dr. Travis and Destiny remained there to support us and give us all the time we needed. A few days later this wonderful gift came to my door. Our baby's paw prints, some of her fur for a keepsake, the flowers and a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Travis. Just meant the world to us. Thank you again, Dr. Travis and Destiny for taking such wonderful care of our baby. I would also like to thank Judy at the desk for her kindness on the phone. She was very empathetic and understanding when I needed it. Thanks again.. We did receive our baby's ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved on it. Brought tears to our eyes.

The staff at North Royalton Animal Hospital Paws at Play are phenomenal! My sweet-tempered, giant Newfypoo loves to spend time at the Daycare when I have projects that require long days. We have felt secure boarding her while on vacation knowing she is getting to play with other dogs, receiving love and TLC from the staff, and has the hospital next door just in case. The Hospital has been vital in keeping her healthy, determining treatments when she isn't, and also providing a pricing scale that gives me pricing options from high to low that offer a range of tests and treatment options to choose from . As a pet owner I know when my dog races towards their doors with excitement that she's in great hands!
