Got service hooked up on the one phone instantly & for under $20.The other phone we weren't so lucky with, after replacing the battery the phone was still being weird & CB, the employee that helped us really did everything he could to diagnose the issue & fix it. The phone was trash, but I am very happy with the CB & his hard work. This is the only place I will take my phones when we have issues, they are trustworthy & quick. Highly recommend!”

Let me say , I was completely, happily shocked that I have received the absolute BEST customer service that I've had in years from Miss Kelsie D (Boost's newest employee) . I went in there looking for a higher end phone but he was realistic on what I should get considering the person on my plan that it was for. Seeing as the Metro store in Brunswick closed a while back I've had to find other stores to go to. I'm glad I decided to try this location. While I was there he was also able to set me up with an Internet modem and I was able to get their new Internet in home wifi. Great experience”

“The North Royalton Verizon store is the best store in town. It's way better than the Verizon corporate stores that are in Parma and Strongsville that I visited but had to wait long waiting times just to see a rep and then had bad service. Both those stores just wanted to sell something to you and get you out of the store. Damien at the North Royalton store was excellent. He took the time to find out what my needs were and then directed me to the phones that would best meet my needs. He also was very knowledgeable with the products Verizon has to offer. I also received the best deal on a new phone then any other store around. That's why I bought my phone at this store. I will highly recommend the North Royalton Verizon store to my family and friends when they are in a need for a new phone.
