Staff is amazing and are always willing to help when I go inside. But you guys really need to fix the ATM outside. Nearly every time I go to use it the machine is down. Please fix this as it is also causes nothing but a huge headache and I'm sure I'm not the only one bothered by this.

The notary of this bank clearly has no professional skills. She would not assist my mom in the paperwork of the sale of her home. It was a notarized doc in my moms name of her property. My mother is a key bank customer of 30 consecutive years. We are attempting to close on my mothers home as of late my father her husband has passed. If this notary didnt know her scope she could have assisted us to further help /direction. She could have called someone. I am extremely disappointed with her. I then went to another key bank and Ashley was an angel. She notarized with confidence. God bless you Ashley. I so was grateful.

Doing a POA on my dad's account. Told me 5 days, itd been 17 days (10 business days) "We will call you back" no call. I need to write a check for my father funeral expenses before Medicade drains his account in 3 days. What will the branch manager do?

I had called them and specifically asked them if they could notarize my title, asking if there was anything i would need and if there were any charges. The person who answer the phone neglected to tell me that you have to have an account to get things notarized. I was informed of this after standing waiting for the "relationship specialist" to make about 10 phone calls even though i was standing there. Thanks for nothing!

Beyond frustrated with this branch! Attempting to obtain a credit card for a non-profit and keep getting the run around. Key bank has over 20 times the amount requested in deposits. Terrible follow up. Ready to withdraw it all and go elsewhere.

This bank is awful. I don't bank with them by choice, they purchased my loan from First Niagra Bank and since then have made it a living hell to service my account. It's been years and I just finally coerced my own account number out of them. Despite auto charging nearly 400 a month they would not provide me with the information. Not to mention their Call center is inexperienced. Contradicting themselves multiple times withing a ten minute conversation. I can promise you one thing: Bank with Key and you'll want to rip your hair out.

Beware! Other than window tellers, non of the staff work after 12 on Saturdays. If you have any questions or query or anything to ask about your account, they will not entertain you if you arrive at this branch around 12 on Saturdays.They will lie and will tell you they are booked till 1. NO Walk-ins welcome. Absolutely disgusting branch.I wish google would have let me rate them negatively. Update: I contacted concerned department, they told me they will take the action and will inform me. I will update here whatever happens. Update 2- They called me said they took care of the issue I had. They can not provide the details though. Not sure how that will change my experience but I will give them 2 star now they at least heard what I had to say. Rating change from 1 to 2.
