She completed my dress before the date she gave me, and for slightly less than she quoted me. And the work was impeccable. And again when I picked up the dress- so very kind and professional. “Usually reserve opinion on a record shop until I've had a chance to visit a few times and get a sense of whether that first impression was accurate or not but this one felt special and, unfortunately, it's going to be a while before I have a chance to step back in. Spun through during a trip to Cleveland with a friend. It was the last shop (of about 7 or 8) that we managed to hit while in town. Almost didn't bother making the trip after being somewhat underwhelmed by a couple of other spots dotting the city but were so very, very glad that we did.New and used selections were beautifully curated, prices were fair (new imports under Discogs and plenty of solid, clean, used finds under $10), the folks working there were both friendly and tremendously helpful, and it had that sort of atmosphere that invites hanging around for hours on end that's just such an intangible bonus. Will definitely be haunting their website moving forward. Any town would be lucky to have a shop of this quality. Between The Current Year, Haus Frau, and Bent Crayon, Cleveland has some really solid options but this one just had that little bit of extra something something.”

“We had decided the recliner we wanted but were unsure of color and features. We were in Florida but were buying for an Ohio home. We wanted to get in queue if we were to order (which we ultimately did). Thus we called the Strongsville Ohio store. Laurie was very friendly and helpful. She texted me pictures of the leather colors available, explained features and ultimately ordered the furniture for us. She did as much for us as if we were in the showroom and we accomplished, long distance, what we needed done.”

“Went mattress shopping to get a better understanding of what the new gel foam and hybrid mattresses were all about. Matthew was a wealth of knowledge and patiently showed us all of the different choices available. We went to another mattress store for price comparison and the sales person wasn’t as knowledgeable as Matthew. We ended up back at Levin’s and purchased a Stearns and Foster with an adjustable base. It was delivered two days ago and we love it. So glad we were able to try all of the mattresses, and in comparison shopping we got the best deal at Levins.”

“Bill was incredible and our shopping experience was very enjoyable. I hate furniture shopping with all the typical high pressure sales tactics. This was completely different. Bill's sales demeanor was perfect. A real professional. He didn't hover over us and gave us space to look through the inventory, while checking in periodically providing very useful information about the products and fabrics. He knew the right questions to ask, which set us in the right direction. He gave us plenty of time to look through fabric choices and offered helpful suggestions. To mention, I had no idea they had such a wide selection of furniture and at very reasonable prices. The point of purchase process was quick, and Bill explained exactly what to expect regarding delivery. If you're doing any type of furniture shopping, I would highly suggest stopping in.”

“my husband and i went to cleveland furniture in parma and bought a beautiful flex steel sofa recliner. the only thing we were happier with than our sofa was our delivery team a big thank you to larry and devin for doing their job and going above anything i could have asked for! there kind and took there time setting it up, and showing us what we needed to know, and made sure if we had any questions or concerns, that they were answered before they left. i can't say enough about these two wonderful men !!!”

“A true gardeners place to shop as well as home decorators too. I was there purchasing a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff is extremely kind and genuinely helpful. Karen went above and beyond and was very personable! I felt that she really cared and also loved her job. She was interested in helping me and that I was the most important person- I'm guessing that there were 100 things she needed to be doing yet she was focused on helping me. I mention this since we went back the next day to purchase a really cool owl (for me?) and I spoke with Melissa.I asked Melissa who did the displays- she said that Karen herself and their team were the creative team. And the items just came in boxes and they created the magic. Very impressive and whimsical.My photos have attempted to capture some of the atmosphere. A very fun store and great staff. “Definitely one of the nicer Rally House locations I’ve been too. Was well stocked and the staff were friendly. The only issue I had, which is with every Rally House I’ve ever been to, is that none of the locations I’ve ever been to are wheelchair/walker friendly. The racks and stands are packed so close together that you bump into things constantly when trying to look around the store.”

“All associates that work at the Brooklyn location are amazing. Only negative is that the furniture isn't made of solid wood anymore, mostly particle board or thin wood slats. Other than that, it's really nice furniture for a good price.”

“The place was clean. The employees were kind. I enjoyed browsing and seeing the many things they had to offer. I was able to select some great pieces with no issues. Just keep in mind that, like many retailers, what you see is what is there. There is no back storage. Something that is like to see to improve the diversity of their collection is if there were more cultural influence pieces. I personally love things that have nods toward India and Asia, but that's just my preference. Enjoy creating and making your home YOUR home.”

“The five stars is for the staff extremely friendly n helpful!!! Store well organized and clean. However as much as I was a huuuuge fan of Yankee candles. They are no longer the same. All the candles smelled terrible. I love fall scents and everything smelled just off or like it was missing something. However again great staff and beautiful displays. But yankee you need to do better with the scents. On the candles alone 2 stars.”
