Three times in the last eight years I have gone to their customer service desk and changed my phone number. (I had the home phone taken out so gave them my cell number). THEY KEEP CHANGING IT BACK. And I do not carry the card as I'm not carrying 85 cards because every store thinks their special. Give them my cell number and it's no good again. I go to Costco or Aldi instead, even though Giant Eagle is within walking distance.

Has bare basics. Wait time for check out was awful. Only three check out lines and two self check out. Lines down an entire aisle. Please open more self check out lanes or get more staff.

If customer service is important to you while choosing which stores you give your business to, this Giant Eagle has extremely attentive and caring employees. Shout out to one of the best cashiers, Joe. Additionally the store itself is always kept in clean condition and I have never run into an issue with a product being out of stock.

I live between 4 Giant Eagles. N Royalton is not my favorite store,but they do have the best meat compared to the other 3 stores in my area. Their produce is usually better also.

So this GE had an actual bank robbery take place inside of it last week at the Hunington Bank desk. The parking lot is dark, and dreary and the selection is like that of a convenience store. What is up with the city of N.Royalton? They lost all their grocery stores, no more choices here,not even coffee shop worthy. How can you be a suburb with 500k homes and not have more than one grocery store? And the one you have isn't a real good one? This community is going down hill, fast. Must be all the career democrats running a pay to play system. Brecksville has Heinens, GE and Marcs. Strongsville has Heinens, GE and Marcs and Aldi. North Royalton has one mini-grocery GE and that is it no other choices. It is a food desert. The town has no decent sit down restaurant either......just ff garbage drive thru.
