The pharmacist comes off a bit rude and disrespectful. This isn't the first time I had issues with this pharmacy. Last time, they billed for my RX that they had to return to me bc they could not fill it. When I went to a new pharmacy, they had my prescription tied up for nearly 48 hours because of their human billing error. They were not apologetic.

I love this, Giant Eagle has a smaller store. Much easier to navigate around. People are really nice there.

Have changed my phone number three times. If I forget my Giant Eagle card I have to try and remember my phone number from 10 years ago. They keep changing it back.

Has bare basics. Wait time for check out was awful. Only three check out lines and two self check out. Lines down an entire aisle. Please open more self check out lanes or get more staff.

If customer service is important to you while choosing which stores you give your business to, this Giant Eagle has extremely attentive and caring employees. Shout out to one of the best cashiers, Joe. Additionally the store itself is always kept in clean condition and I have never run into an issue with a product being out of stock.

I live between 4 Giant Eagles. N Royalton is not my favorite store, but they do have the best meat compared to the other 3 stores in my area. Their produce is usually better also.

This store is always out of stock. I like the staff except for Deli. I have to always go elsewhere to get the items I need. They apparently are not Customer Obsessed and are not concerned with the issues. Meijer opening stores everywhere need to shape up or ship out!

I hate going to this store. They just did a remodel which is fine but the employees are grouchy and unfriendly especially in the deli. I stood there for several minutes before the employees broke off their conversation and decided to wait on me and this wasn't the first time. The bakery is another issue. They shelve the freshly baked warm bread instead of waiting until it cool and thus the bread is all smashed and flat. Yesterday I went in grab a few things and ALL the carts were outside and wet. Apparently no one brought them in the previous night. Unfortunately they are the only grocery in town so the have a corner on the market. I try to go anywhere else but the convenience is sometimes necessary. The whole staff needs a course on customer service too!!!

Not a fan of the recent remodel/downsize. But I will give credit where it is due. Thanks to this Giant Eagle for being on the ball. We recently received an automated phone call about a voluntary baking flour recall (possible tainted w/salmonella) specific to our household, based on our get go card purchases. The 5lb. bag was sitting unopened on our pantry shelf, and luckily we had not yet used it. We no longer had the paper receipt; but GE courtesy desk cheerfully refunded. They had an electronic flag, based on our get-go card purchases. We are grateful to GE for being efficient and looking out for their customers. While other supermarkets may have sold similar brands that were also recalled; none has ever bothered to call and notify us. Thanks for looking out for your customers GE, you did a good deed and we appreciate the effort.

They remodeled this store in the last year or so, and it has gone downhill since. The store layout is completely nonsensical. It's hard to find anything without walking a mile in circles. I come across many items with no prices listed. Every single time I've been in there in the past year, they've had very few cashiers (like two to three max), and long lines. I've seen as few as two cashiers at the regular registers and shoppers with too much in their carts to do self-checkout or the 12-or-less lanes. I always have trouble finding many brand name food products I like because they put the Giant Eagle brand version in their place. It's so frustrating. The prices generally aren't good either. I only go there if other stores are closed or if I don't have time to go farther.

It's a smaller giant eagle, however, they have what you need to get in and out. My major issue with this giant eagle is the check out times -- they may have three lanes open, but it takes forever to check out. There have also been times when I ask about where a product is, and nobody has any idea. However, they have fresh produce, great meats, and a Huntington Bank right inside. One star for minimal options, and another star for customer service. Great for weekly shopping trips, not good for parties and other unique grocery's.

The best service you can ask for at a pharmacy. The staff was very friendly and helped me with every question I had. Taylor the lady who helped me was very nice and patient. I had gotten my flu shot at this pharmacy and the pharmacist Chris was very nice and he did an amazing job. Recommended for all!!

I hate literally every single thing about this Giant Eagle. They just did a remodel to the store, but you definitely can't tell; it looks horrible. No matter how busy this place gets, they will only have one or two check lanes open, so you're stuck spending the majority of your time standing in a line. There are only two self checkout lanes that are NEVER being monitored by an employee, which makes those lines move horribly slow. I absolutely dread having to come into this store. I am not exaggerating when I say that it is just as bad as shopping at Walmart. Ew.

Remodeling in progress. Sure hope it can save this brick and mortar location. Sunday 9/9/18: Whoever is staging bakery production on one of the busiest shopping days should increase their donuts. Shoppers are in a hurry and it would have been nice to grab and go!

My 12 year old daughter was trying to help her blind grandpa shop. They stopped at the deli and asked for pasta salad. The girls became very snotty and asked her if she knew they had 3 types of pasta salad and then walked away form them. Very rude. Terrible customer service.
