I have had the hardest time trusting mechanics after having to overpay time and time again with most places not quoting over the phone. My car was in the worst possible condition and I had no way to get to or from work or make my daughter’s appointments and Kevin had me back on the road the next day. Kevin throughout the entire process genuinely cared more about helping me than getting business out of me, he even recommended that instead of trying to keep getting my car fixed that i try to save for a new one and he would help me find the perfect reliable vehicle on his own time. i always have the worst anxiety having to deal with a mechanic but i will never experience that again because i will never go anywhere else. Kevin pulled so many favors for me during all of this and i could not be more grateful.

They go the extra mile. Perfect gentleman, funny, and happy to help. The atmosphere is soooo welcoming, and I would definitely go again to get my car fixed.

Completely disrespected a fellow coworker. Witnessed them yelling at a young girl who worked there. Disrespecting this girl so much just for the fact she had tint on her car. 1 super unprofessional. 2 just sad. I don’t know how their work is, but I don’t recommend working there unless u want disrespected in this way.

I broke down on a road trip, with three little kids on a Saturday afternoon, and Kevin went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely. He came in on his day off, worked late, and delivered my van back to me at the motel. I am so thankful for the recommendation to have my van towed here. I found a vehicle on Facebook market place that I was interested in. I dealt with Dale on all the questions and he was able to answer everything that I needed to know. I asked for additional pictures of what vehicle I was inquiring about and he came through without any hesitation . I live in Michigan so the trip was just about 350 miles one way. When I got there I was not disappointed at all. Very impressed with all the honesty this place has. Definitely worth the trip for the quality of truck I bought. Would recommend this business for anyone looking a for a used vehicle.

I have been going to Bohrer automotive for over 5 years. These guys are great!! It's hard to find people who truly care about their customers like these guys do. They actually fix my cars rather than just replace parts. Reasonably priced with great service.

Kevin was awesome. He really showed me the problem and saved me money. I will definitely go back to him again he did a great job fixing my car. They were able to show me how my car was out of alignment and fix the back brakes.
