So far, so good. Waiting for final measurements before we order. Chris has been super fast at getting us information, design, and quote to help us stay on track and budget on an already nerve wracking remodel. He's very knowledgeable of the products they offer as well as suggestions. I was so impressed that I have already recommended them to our contractor so he can spread the word. I'll follow-up when the job is done

Needed help with a warranty claim issue for cabinet drawer hardware/screw that popped out of the wood. First time reporting issue, said they would call back to get me on the schedule to look at issue. Never called back… I call back 2 weeks later, explain issue again, same thing. Said they would call back, never did. Once it got to a month and half after first call and no guidance, I email my issue to them. I finally get a phone call, they said they don’t want to make a claim with the company because they no longer sell that cabinet line. They ask me to handle it myself with a suggestion on how to fix. my experience purchasing cabinets was ok, but IMO once they’ve sold you the cabinets, don’t expect any support to make a warranty claim for manufacturer defects.

Wife and I asked for help with a kitchen design for our home. Sales person made copies of our blue prints, took our information but never called back to schedule a walk through of our home.

Stay away from this company. Not honest. I ordered $21,751.41 worth of kitchen cabinets (plus more parts they forgot to quote and were charged for). They over ordered my purchase by $1,268.00. As soon as the boxes were opened, the contractor told them the parts were over-ordered and we could not use all the extra material. We were told not to worry, they would take it back and we would get a refund. We are now told they can not take the wood and parts back. It looks like I am going to have to take them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT and after the stress of having a new kitchen put in, I now have to have the stress of going to court. If you are thinking of dealing with this company, I WOULD RECONSIDER. There is absolutely no communication with them.

We chose to work with Freedom Design Kitchen and Bath for our remodel because they work with Cambria and Kraftmaid. Although the products they sell are high quality, their service is not. We ordered both countertops and cabinets and had issues with both that required reordering. One cabinet was designed so that it did not allow for the plumbing for the sink- which was in place at measurement and should have been accounted for. Then they came for countertop install and realized they couldn't get the piece through the door and it would need to be cut , which requires the piece to be remade completely. If you want your project done right and on time, find another Cambria and Kraftmaid dealer.

Had a great experience with Freedom Cabinets. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful! He did a great job optimizing our kitchen layout from our original layout. Highly recommended.

My husband and I worked with Bruce from Freedom Kitchen Design for a few months at the end of 2019 into the beginning of 2020 designing a kitchen. As we got to the point of being ready to place our order and cut them a check, we were ghosted. Phone calls and emails went unreturned. So we went to a big box store and got the exact same design for less. Set us back a few weeks with our project unfortunately. Not sure why they would spend so much time helping us design and pick out styles and then not want to actually take our money and complete the order.

Freedom Design is my absolute go to for any, and all of my cabinetry needs! Bruce, and Jen have helped me through countless kitchen, and bathroom renovations over the past 5 years. Their new showroom is absolutely beautiful, and they can design your dream kitchen or bathroom blindfolded. As a general contractor I could not recommend a better cabinet supplier and designer!

I worked primarily with Tom and also had contact with Mark and Robert from Freedom Design in Stow. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and customer service. The cabinets are high quality and were delivered quickly. My phone calls and emails were returned promptly. The counter company they recommended was terrific as well. As with all large projects, there are always some bumps in the road. When we had a miscommunication about one cabinet, the three men above were extremely quick in resolving the problem. They came out to my house twice and had the issue resolved to my satisfaction the same day. I am highly satisfied with Freedom Design and will use them again, as well as recommend them to my family and friends.
