“I have had trouble before with ordering flowers with unknown florists through the internet. They are never what the picture shows and always very disappointing. This time I remembered when I was younger that my Mom and Dad always ordered flowers from a florist in Parma with a "P" name and always got compliments as to how beautiful they were. My dad would reply he will only order from them. So I looked it up and researched it and sure enough it was Pawlaks Florist. The customer service was amazing. The gentleman on the phone took exactly what I wanted for my colleague. He did not give me any issues or make it feel like I was bothering him. He was prompt, courteous, willing to go above and beyond, and was very professional. If you need a great florist, I highly recommend this one!”

I ordered funeral flowers for a very special family member. I wanted 2 large displays of roses to look a bit masculine (if possible). The arrangements were absolutely perfect! “I needed same day arrangement as I was heading to see my friend in hospice ? they were so accommodating and since I didn't know what I wanted or what I was talking about, they literally read my mind. They asked me the budget for the arrangement and when I told them, I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the arrangement. It only took about 15-20 minutes like they said it would and they had multiple cards to choose from to sign myself. I did not get a picture as I was concerned about my friend and wanted to go see her. Unfortunately she passed away ??? but I was able to see her and she shared her flowers with her family on Thanksgiving when she got to go home as her resting place. I love you Aunt Kim.”

“Beautiful flowers and was exactly what I expected. Prices were excellent and they were accommodating to our needs for our wedding day. My only issue was with communication. There were several instances that I would email and it would take a week or longer for a response, and at one point I had asked for a phone call to discuss a concern I had and was only emailed which was a bit aggravating. We figured out the problem I was having, but I just wish that if I asked for a phone call I would have been accommodated better on that end. I know they were moving locations and I’m sure they were busy with that, but I was also told prior to booking I would be notified if they did move or would be, and wasn’t informed that they did until I had asked. Besides the communication, it was an overall good experience.”

So I reviewed various places near North Royalton, and Blossom Shoppe came up with great reviews.I’m from Las Vegas, so it’s not like I can walk in and pick a bouquet. But the sweet representative there, Karen, went above and beyond to help me select a beautiful bouquet and make special additions so that it was perfect and the color my boss’ mother in-law likes. Karen even took the time to text me a photo of the finished product and a copy of the receipt. I am so impressed with the service and the quality, but most importantly that the bouquet is actually delivered in a vase and not a box!Thank you Blossom Shoppe for making this order extra special.
