If I could give Dr Dent 10 stars ? believe me, I would!! I have been taking my vehicles to Chris since his shop was in his mom’s garage! He has done a fantastic job for me over the years and I always recommend my family and friends to Chris!

My experience did not live up to 5 stars like most of you posted. I drove up to the shop all the way from work/Downtown Cleveland to get a quote based on these rave reviews only to barely be greeted, the mechanic looked out the window THE WINDOW at my car/ dent in my fender and just dismissed it as me needing to replace it entirely ? didn’t even touch/inspect or come anywhere near my car just turned around and went back into the garage then had the lady employee take my info then follow me outside like she was going to quote my repair only to state that “he said he can’t do it sorry” like why even bring yo azz out here then ???? LOL Anyway, I’ll never return.NEXT…

Bought a brand new 2023 Honda Civic this past July and experienced my first door ding that left a dent. Tried to get over it, but I just couldn't. Found Doctor Dent, and the reviews were mainly what sold me. Also helpful that the owner includes before and after pictures on their website. Chris was very responsive and his confidence for the job did not go unnoticed. Not to mention, the pricing for the quality and professional work is amazing. I know who I am coming back to without breaking the bank or being nervous of who is dealing with my car if I get another dent. Thanks again, Chris!

I got my car fixed and got it back today and it turned out perfect. I was a little surprised when I got in though how clean it was, because that was definitely not how I dropped it off. I was planning on cleaning out the inside when I got it back so that was really nice he did that for me and it saved me some time. So that was a nice surprise !! Thanks again. Just picked up my car from Doctor Dent and couldn't be happier with the results! They gave me a fair estimate and went above and beyond with the dent removal. I took my 2019 f150 to Doctor Dent for repairs after someone backed into the side of it, denting the cab corner and the box side. I also asked to have a couple door dings on the other side removed with the pointless dent removal. I have had some work done here before with great results, so that's why I came back. All the work they did this time was excellent, they even fixed some small chips in the paint while they were at it. I am very happy with the results, the truck looks great! When I picked up the truck was washed and vacuumed and looking new again. Thanks to Chris the owner for making sure everything was done and looking great!Chris removed a couple door dents from my car caused by a runaway shopping cart. His work exceeded my expectations, it's amazing how using the using paintless dent removal he was able to totally remove the dents, there is absolutely to trace of them. I had an accident with our 2015 Acura. which required replacement/work on the right passenger side, quarter panel, the passenger side, headlight and the entire front lower grill. I decided to take the car to Doctor Dent in North Royalton. Chris Shreve who is the owner of this Doctor Dent worked on my claim with me. He handled everything with the insurance company and did a fantastic job of repairing my car. When I went there to pick it up I was extremely happy regarding how the car looked. The color was a perfect match With the original color on her car, Chris and his team did a fantastic job. The customer service is awesome and the work they do is even better. I highly recommend taking your car there if you need auto body repair work.

Chris was excellent in all aspects of his work. From the initial estimate (accommodating my schedule) to his amazing work, I can say I am one happy customer. Someone fell against my car causing 2 dents right on the seam and his paintless dent removal process fixed her right up.
