Just received my flu shot. Filled out necessary paperwork. Was told to have seat in red chair to wait for shot. I watched as they kept waiting on customer after customer who came in after me. They waited on the drive thru window as well. They waited until the whole entire line was gone inside, and drive thru. At this point I was irritated, and started walking out. I heard somebody behind me calling my name. I decided to go back. The person put injection in my arm, and squirted half the vaccine down my arm. This place has become horrible. I moved my prescriptions out of there six months ago due to ineptitude. Figured I'd be safe with a simple flu vaccine. I was wrong.

Everyone is so kind here. Literally everyone. And Kathi is so sweet to our 4 yr old. He loves going there to visit which makes shopping easier.

Seriously this 130pm to 2pm pharmacy lunch break is ridiculous, like all the staff shouldn't be taking lunch at the same time... families have short windows and by the grace of god i actually make it to cvs and it ends up being 137pm, like Seriously... deligate the drive through better because wasting gas sucks and i can't do errands at anytime... your lunch breaks should be adjacent to each others time slot!!! So so frustrating. If i could get delivery i would but i can't so here we are!

Omg my go to pharmacy now. Instead of screaming I'm calling your doctor she explained it could interfere with my other medication and did I still want it. I did not. Calm conversation between adults. Wow. Good job Lauren!!!

Shout out to CVS at W 130 & Sprague! Ehsan is incredible! But...so is everyone else - Lauren is brilliant, SamLauren (Sam) is sunshine, rainbows, and unicorns happy to help everyone! Every single rep is worth their weight in gold and l hope CVS acknowledges and appreciates all they give to everyone.

I would give a zero if i could. Do not use this store. They falsely advertise their products by posting sales signs early and then tell you the "sale" doesn't start until they close. Then they charge full price for the item. I asked for the price to be adjusted since their signs do not say when the product goes on sale and was already posted by the products and was told no price adjustment would be given. I even tried to call customer service to address the issue. I was told they would give me extra bucks but no price adjustment. I was then told to go back to the store to return the items for a refund. I was told by the cashier at the store that multiple elderly clients were complaining about this system for posting their signs early. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager was available and that they would contact the district leader to call me back. When I asked for the number to speak to them myself. I was told that they didn't have a number and that my number would be given over email. This is not how you do business. It is completely dishonest.

Been coming here for years and had no problem with my prescriptions until last week! A pharmacist named Thao La filled half of my prescription of adderall for my child. The prescription was for 60 tablets and she gave me only 30 and insisted she put 60 tablets in the container! I then had to make a police report and have a North Royalton policeman go there! Magically the 30 tablets I was missing then appeared! As I picked up the prescription Thao never apologized and even rolled her eyes! Be careful getting any prescription filled by Thao La!!!!! Definitely switched pharmacy’s and called corporate ! Shame on you CVS for having hired such a person like that!

I come here because its conveinent and people working there are nice. Went for a flu shot. My wife went 1st. Very quick and pleasant. Then it was my turn, I received my shot and with my best pouty face thru voice and mask, I asked if we get candy too? And I was floored , when the young lady came back with 2- dum dums... God bless you all for your sense of humor and service at CVS. A-1 in my book.
