The North Royalton CVS on Ridge Rd is a great store with stocked shelves and customer friendly staff/management. It is a pleasure shopping at this store.

The pharma is good and staff nice but CVS needs to stop wasting time with the ridiculous yellow sales stickers all over the shelves. We can't see the products because the thousands of yellow stickers obstruct, are an eye sore, and just plain stupid. Maybe the management could rethink the store layout rather than spending hours attaching and removing yellow sales stickers. This store is very cluttered who decided the lowest shelves in pain relief and vitamin section should be floor level? Really? The entrance and checkout are eyesore. Please replace the cheap stained carpet tiles with decent flooring already.

This location is close to my work. There is a younger female, who I think is the manager that is VERY helpful. She's super nice!

I just left this location with no purchase. I had two items with me when I went to the register and I saw the sign that said “not this register, next register.” I went to the open register and the gentleman standing behind the counter says that I need to use the automated machines to check out. I’m not sure if CVS realizes this, but their automated checkout sucks! I would rather be in a line with five people in front of me than to use an open automated check out. In fact, I have done this very thing at the Parma location. Having optional checkouts are fine but to make them mandatory is ridiculous!

If you go there for your prescription don't plan on getting it quickly. The pharmacy has two speeds slow and stop. Sprinkled in with a healthy amount of attitude with some good harsh hate stairs coming from the back. I went in to get my prescription and asked very politely. After receiving a scowl from one of the pharmacists she directed me to where to stand so that I would not be a bother to them. After waiting 25 minutes in the corner and without having been served I simply chalked it up to a loss and left. Now I have to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy.

Tried to have a prescription filled by pharmacist. My refill indicates that I have 1 refill left before 11/23/20 for 90 tablets. They said I need to get a new prescription because they say I don't have enough for 90. They can only give me 30 or 60. My insurance won't cover it because they want 90 days. None of this makes any sense especially with them refilling my perscription prior to this. I found today's pharmacist very unhelpful. I still do not have a filled perscription.

I couldn't buy anything if my life depended on it. Waited at the check out register for a few minutes with no employees behind it. Checked every isle and found 2 employees stocking. One made eye contact with me but did not acknowledge me at all. So I left. Wont be back.

The SLOWEST customer service in the pharmacy ever! They have the occasional attitude too.

CVS has a wide variety of items and also has a pharmacy. They have GREAT coupons. Some of the coupons are sent to you via email and some are printed out on your receipt. Some of the coupons are good only for regular priced items and are not good for sale items. Sometimes they send 40% off coupons, which is GREAT.

Usually a pretty good store. The computers happened to be down today, but still got us through pretty fast.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly helpful. They saved me money off my prescriptions by looking for discounts when I didn't have insurance.

I stopped into the drive-thru to try to pick up my prescription however there is one car in front of me. I guess it was a friend of the pharmacist because they sat and talked for about 25 minutes while I waited in line. The cars started to back up all the way into the parking lot so I decided to pull around and go inside when I went inside there was a line waiting in there and I could hear the pharmacist conversation about how the holiday weekend went. This is my first and probably last experience trying to pick up a prescription at this Pharmacy. I ended up leaving without my prescription after an hour of waiting. I just hope that the pharmacist had a good time and caught up with her friend and that was worth it for a
