Local shop here 43 years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped us years ago when we converted our wood burning fireplace to gas. Now we're updating to glass instead of logs. Good experience both times.

Very happy with our fireplace installed by Country Stove & Patio. The process was very smooth with great communication. A piece of the frame was slightly damaged and CS&P handled the warranty claim right away and got us a replacement piece. I would recommend them to anyone.

The best purchase and setup experience I've had in a long time. I purchased the Napoleon Prestige Pro 825 grill. Everyone was so knowledgeable and very helpful about the grill setup. We drove 4 hours one way just to purchase and pick up the grill. The grill itself exceeded any and all of my expectations, this grill can do anything you desire with the greatest of ease. Simply put, this grill is awesome. I want to thank all the staff inside and outside at Country Stove and Patio for being so friendly and providing a very pleasant shopping experience. Incredible experience - even after I messed up with sizing, they figured out a path forward to help me out and spend numerous calls with me to make sure. Matt Federico was key to making sure it all worked - and he dealt with all of my annoying calls.THANKS! I WILL BE BACK!

Purchased a Napoleon Prestige. Counrty Stove & Patio assembled it and delivered it. For free! What a nice touch! On top of it, their knowledgeable staff walked us through operation of this beast! Matt Frederico was absolutely outstanding. Talk about on point, top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Country stove & patio installed a new hearthstone wood stove model Shelburne 8372 and I can’t say enough for the crew that installed it.They we’re very professional,and they did not stop all day except for lunch.From the person that sold me the stove Nick Federico,and the crew I say Thank you and 5 Stars.

Cant say enough about this store. We drove 40 min to come shop here we recently bought a new grill from Matt F and we love it. We had a terrible experience at lowes trying to buy one. Matt was very knowlegable and had a ton of stock at the store. If you're in the market for anything they sell their I would stop by or give them a call. They also sold us our fireplace insert which I love as well. I feel a lot better shopping here than a big box store. They have a very personal touch to their customer service and sales. They even offer a great finanacing option if you want it.

Matt was very helpful and patient with my questions. I decided on the Napoleon Grill and couldn't be happier. There was a small mix up with my order and Matt had it corrected before I could even think about complaining. It was an hour drive for me, but will surely make it again it I need anything else for my grilling needs! What a beautiful shop and they had anything I needed.

Promised things they did not deliver on. Acted like it was an imposition to answer questions after the sale. Started out great - ended very poorly. It takes a lot for me to give a bad rating or review (a lot)- they really were terrible in the end. Basically called me a liar when I presented them with evidence of their sloppy workmanship. They’re pretty much the only game in town and they have a 4.5. Perhaps ours was an anomaly… If I had to do it again I would not put my trust in these people.EDIT: Matt - further evidence of your failure is in your response below. I showed you pictures of how you left the stove when you came for the ‘free’ repair installation. (You wrote that you “didn’t leave it like that” - but you did! You left it EXACTLY LIKE THAT. We paid a lot to have the stove installed correctly. YOUR HAVING TO COME BACK DUE TO YOUR FAILURE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FREE. Additionally I never demanded a new collar. Vermont castings told you to give us a new collar. Go back and read your own email.Edit your response and keep your childish beliefs to yourself.
