They get my car at 8 am then they did not do any thing tell 4:41PM. I called twice for asking to check my car then they called me after more 40 minutes to tell m that they will change the front Bering and the must do balance so they charge me for one side Bering as much as two so I payed double. After long talking about the price they charged me also for balancing. I have not received good feedback service. I rate them zero because breaking promises services. Charged me 300 dollars more than others . Part online $ 56 but they charged me 560 for only one Bearing. They did so bad service .

don’t use the car wash unless you have lots of time!! car wash broke down on me so i went inside to let them know, they were nice enough to send me thru the wash again in hopes it would work. well it broke down on me again, i go inside and they made me wait, eventually they refunded me cash even tho i paid w card, and almost didn’t believe me that it went down again (because “the car in front went thru fine”) even tho my car was right outside soaked w soap still on it. i was here for almost an hour dealing w all this, would’ve just been faster to hand wash my car at home!! i honestly should have gotten a free wash coupon for how long i had to wait and how i was treated w such little respect. horrible customer service.

I have had a few vehicles aligned there. They didn’t try to upsell me, they are priced well, communicated well and I will continue to take my vehicle to them.

Got my winter tires on Wednesday. They didn’t seal it correctly and the tire was flat by Thursday. Brought it back in on Friday for them to fix it and then they forgot to put a cap on the one tire they fixed. At least they towed it and fixed it for free I guess.

Overall good touchless wash. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the dryers are unidirectional and they don't dry off the mirrors on my SUV.

Dont waste your time. Used to talk to high of this place when i dealt with Cory. Sent them 10+ new customer over last 2 yrs, never again. Spencer is terrible. Refused to balance my tires and claimed they were worn eneven. Yet they are the ones who balanced and mounted them. Was willing to pay since they wouldn't honor their unlimited balance warranty. Still wouldn't do it. The weights they put on came off when powerwashing. This place is nonsense. They tell me this after it sits at their shop for 3 hrs.

WARNING, purchased four Michelin tires from Conrad's. Tires were not balanced and had severe vibration ( last customer that day). Re-balanced a week later (claimed "balancer may have been set up incorrectly"). Still had a vibration after second balance and went back for a third try and was advised "if vibration is still present tires themselves may be the issue in which case have to go to Michelin dealer to have tires warranted". First I knew that Conrad's did not stand behind tires they sold. Tire(s) did have an issue and had to go to another store for warranty. They took care of my problem even though I did not buy the tires form them and warranted tires BUT I had to pay mounting balance etc $400+. Have been a customer of Conrad's for 20+ years and service has continued to slip but this is a new low. If you cannot stand behind and warrant products you sell do not sell them.
