“Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”

“Auto Glass Now did an amazing job!!! I was originally scheduled with a different company and they let me down. Auto Glass Now came in and made the situation better right from the start!!!They were very helpful and quick to do the required job. They even came to my school and fixed it on site! The technician was careful with my vehicle and did the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a cracked windshield. They get the job done in an efficient, quick and professional manner. The office and admin employees, Laura and Melissa were amazing and took care of business for me. “Outstanding service. We were visiting from Virginia. While parked on a downtown street overnight, some lowlife smashed our passenger window and went through the car. “We are adding a master bedroom and bathroom to our house. As a part of this project we are restoring/preserving an antique front entry door that will be installed on rollers as an entry door to the bathroom. The door is missing the oval glass and we went to Medina Glass on the advice of our builder. We picked out an obscure glass for the door and they gave us a very reasonable price. They made the template and when we received the glass, it fit perfectly. Medina Glass did an excellent job on our door glass and we received it much quicker than they had estimated. Thank you, great job. we could not be happier with their service.”

“Took my truck in for some random bodywork damage that needed to be done, not an insurance claim. The truck was completed 2 days early and looked better than I expected. Employees are very nice and I was kept up to date on the process through text messages. The cost was also much less expensive than another body shop in the area. I know where to go next time.”

“So happy i got another quote. They were nearly $200 dollars cheaper than the other. I was scheduled for the repair within a day, and it took less than 2 hours to fix. The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. The time i waited i spent next door and got a quick bite to eat. Very convenient. “I see their commercials on TV all the time. When my back driver’s side window was broken, I decided to call Safelite. I contacted the center in Valley View. The ease of scheduling an appointment was perfect. Straightforward and simple. The availability of a technician was also timely. The day of the appointment, the technician provided a time when he would be there. When he arrived, he wa courteous, friendly, and professional. He installed the glass and provided instructions to follow. It didn’t take a long time to replace the glass. Hopefully I wont have anymore windows damaged but if I do, I will call Safelite! I highly recommend their company.”

“They finished repairs 2 days ahead of schedule. Vehicle looked brand new. They even washed my car and detailed the inside which is much appreciated because I work construction and it was definately in need of some extra TLC”
