Terrible. This is for the North Royalton location attached to Conrads.
Sometimes soap comes out during the 2 wash cycles, the rest of the time it's water that washes off what little soap came out. Poorly maintained and a waste of customers money. Go elsewhere.

Multiple washes now in both bays where the drying is terrible and my car ends up with blue and green dried residue marks from how poorly these bays run. Not worth the money

quick, effortless, but effective carwash

car wash is good for basic wash, rinse, polish but fails at getting off bug splatter from highway driving. It also fails to clean under the top part of my hatch. auto- Drying is pretty good as well. The free vacuums though, don't work on one side and the other side has very little suction and not worth using. The car cleaner dispensers also are too jammed to fit quarters in.

Touch free car wash. Better that places that can damage your vehicle.

Took my Lexus to this car wash. After wash was finished went outside to check the car. Car had lots of dirty spots left on it. But the worst part wash left lots of soap on the car. Went inside Conrads, and clerk offered to run the car through the wash again, I agreed and tought it will fix the problem. Guess what, it made it even worse. Looks like nothing is calibrated at this car wash. Had to go home and hand wash the car at home in almost freezing temperatures to remove extra mess car wash created.

Only complaint I would have is when the car is getting air air dried. Water drips down.But besides that I would recommend this car wash.

I opted for the $13 wash, not only did in NOT wash the underbody, I never got the RainX. It just skipped over that step to drying cycle which did not fully dry half the car. The whole sides of the car didn't even look washed, kind of just rinsed. This is happening more frequently when I visit this location.I should have opted for the cheaper wash it would have done the same job of leaving the dirt salt and soap on my car still. Maybe time to look at Sargent Clean's wash??Service: Auto detailing

Does an excellent job at getting the heavy stuff of. Not for all car shapes though. Did leave a few salt smudges when drying (may have been to high usage that day). The lowest cost option with wax was still worth every dollar.

Paid for the highest wash and it just rinsed with water and started drying instantly… not sure if there was some car wash malfunction I’ve been to this location before and never had this happen.

Washed the car!
